Eliminated my restless legs.
I was feeling heavy in the legs and this product improved my circulation and, in combination with FOS probiotics, improved my gut health. Nothing I can point to other than this product provided these results. I can't say it would help you in the same ways. But I was alleved of my symptoms within a few days of taking this product. If you think your circulation could be better, this might be worth a try. I would suggest you consult your doctor first, however.
