Seriously impressed with this chair. Big, heavy and solid. Very easy to put together. I love all of its adjustable features from the headrest, lumbar support, armrests, footstool and reclining feature. I'm very small and my desk is higher than average. I needed a chair with multiple functionality to suit my small frame and height of desk. I tend to sit crossed legged sometimes and this chair enables me to do that. I currently have a frozen shoulder, so the armrest support is perfect. When my shoulder gets achy from sitting upright, I can easily recline for a bit to take the tension off. A must buy if you're looking for an ergonomic chair that is comfortable, supportive and adjustable.

A really comfortable chair that is easily adjusted and very well made. The instruction for assembly were clear and precise with the required screws in blister packs clearly marked. There was also an assembly tool included. The chair moves easily across laminate flooring. The lumbar support is excellent.

At this price point you can’t really complain ~ that said, be aware that the armrests are attached to the back rather than the seat, meaning they tip back as you recline which is not ideal and something I overlooked. If they modified this and had the arms attach to the seat in order to maintain their position when reclining, I could not fault this chair for the price. I will be keeping it regardless. The headrest and footrest win it for me!

I've been using this office chair for a week, and it's really met my expectations. The assembly was straightforward, taking only about 15 minutes. The chair feels solid and well-made. Originally, they've sent us a chair that was used before, I raised this issue with them and they were super good at resolving the issue almost instantly. Since then we ordered 2 more chairs and they are very comfortable and definitely worth the price. I've had gaming chairs before but these are so much better! Would buy again!

Super easy to assemble, only used for a short amount of time but is comfortable and provides plenty of support for me.

The chair doesn't meet my expectations. The quality is acceptable, but it doesn't stand out. The height adjustment lever is a bit confusing and doesn't seem to work properly. The headrest isn't very adjustable or comfortable. Overall, I don't think it's worth the money.

Good quality

Complete garbage. I want designers to tilt the chair back, fold down the elbow supports and try to work for a while. The elbows for some reason have a 30 degree angle and it is impossible to rest your arms on them. Another garbage chair destined for a garbage dump in a year or two, if anyone will want to use it at all. I sure won't.

Tiene una buena calidad, no excelente pero buena, es muy fresca, es muy bonita y parece que es bastante resistente después de 5 meses de uso. Me encanta que los reposabrazos son 4D y además plegables, por este precio eso no se encuentra. Las ruedas se mueven bien en piso. El reposapiés se mueve un poco pero aguanta muy bien. El reposacabezas se le puede quitar si no te gusta, se inclina y también se baja y sube la altura. El apoyo lumbar también es ajustable. Por lo que me costó me parece una excelente silla (7000 mxn).

How many chairs have you looked at? I had looked at hundreds before finding this. It was hard to find a *quality* office chair with these specific features. I like that it's a good looking chair too. Bought in July of 2023 and still have no regrets. Over 2 years later I still use the recliner feature and the foot rest, sometimes during work meetings lol. When I'm not working, sometimes I'll use them while scrolling on my phone or watching TV. The mesh is sturdy and still holding up just fine. (I work 40hrs a week remote and alternate between sitting and standing at my desk. More sitting than standing I'll admit) The mesh also makes it more breathable which is nice. There is an adjustable lumbar setting. I need to re-tighten mine as it slides back down occasionally. Otherwise I've never done anything to the chair or had to fix it. Still raises up and down no problem. Locks, levers and adjustable points working perfectly. I am 5'5 and the length of the footrest is fine stops at my ankles. It is likely more of a leg rest for people with really long legs but comfortableb and helpful. I pull my feet up into my chair often and having this extra ledge let's me do that without bending me knees so much. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this chair.

I was very satisfied with this chair overall—it was easy to assemble, comfortable, and looked almost brand new even after two years of regular use. The lift-up arms were one of my favorite features and a must-have for me. I also appreciated the footrest; while I didn’t use it as often as I thought I would, it was definitely nice to have when I needed it. In terms of value, the chair is definitely worth the price, but the durability reflects the cost. After just over two years, something inside the chair made a popping sound, and from then on, the seat started leaning forward if I sat in a certain spot—which was hard to pinpoint and turned into a bit of a guessing game. Up until that issue, I was very happy with it. If you're looking for an affordable, feature-rich chair for a couple of years of use, this one fits the bill. Just be aware that long-term durability may be limited.
