Great Compact UPS with Replaceable Battery – Perfect for Modem/Router Backup
This little UPS is exactly what I needed! The compact size makes it perfect for tight spaces. One of the biggest selling points for me was that the battery is replaceable, which extends the life of the unit and makes it more cost-effective in the long run.Set your expectations accordingly since it’s a 425VA UPS, so I doubt it would keep a desktop computer running for long. But for my needs — it keeps my Wi-Fi router and modem powered during outages and it works great. I’ve already used it during a power outage and had uninterrupted internet the whole time.A couple of things to note:- Only 5 of the 7 outlets have battery backup; the other 2 are surge protection only.- The replacement battery (RT1250B — not the A version) is a bit tricky to find and is pricer than one would think but it’s still cheaper than buying a whole new unit.If you need a small, reliable UPS for lightweight electronics like WiFi router or modem or security cameras, I highly recommend this one.

If you're not tech-savvy, this is a great Battery Backup
I bought this UPS to keep my home TV and router powered during outages, and overall, it's been solid. It keeps my fiber modem running for over two hours, which is clutch when the power cuts out. The design is sleek and doesn’t take up much space—definitely a plus. For the price, it's a decent value. That said, the battery life and quality are hit-or-miss. Some users (me included) say it holds power well, but others have had it die even after a full 12-hour charge. Build quality seems decent, but again, some folks got lemons and reported defects out of the box.The instructions are barebones—if you're not tech-savvy, you might scratch your head a bit. Also, be aware the fan can get noisy when it's running on battery power. Not a dealbreaker, but something to note if you're using it in a quiet room.

Fast delivery and well built.
I needed this product very fast as it protects some Wi-Fi equipment and the old unit had quit working. The product arrive very quickly and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was built and easy to set up. Most important, it works.

Arrived worthless
Arrived with a bad battery. The battery doesn't charge so it doesn't do what it's supposed to do. I communicated with Amazon and the sent me a link to communicate with the company directly. Of course, no response. Poor product and poor customer service. If you're wondering, I can't easily get to a UPS to return. At this point I'd be satisfied with a new battery. Last but not least, I'd purchase a replacement battery but guess what, no link. Sad.

Does what we need it to
This works well for what we need it to do. We installed a Base Power home backup battery. When the power to the house goes off, it takes the battery less than 1/2 second to kick in. This short amount of lag time was enough to cause our internet router to reboot. This battery back up keeps the router, TV, and computer equipment on while the battery to the house kicks in.

Good for Gaming PC's
If anybody is worried about overloading it while playing graphically demanding video games than you're fine cause i had it up to 370 watts and it didn't start beeping at me like it was going to explode like the other ups i have. It also looks better under my desk. However i went out of my way to buy this one because it has ethernet surge protection but for some reason, in the holy year of our lord 2025, it only gives you a 100mbps link speed when it passes through. Gonna have to take a star off because that's just absurd

Keeps our fiber ONT running for 2+ hours with the power out
Got this late April 2025 to keep our Nokia fiber ONT (XS-250WX-A) running for a bit in case of an outage. The modem doesn’t flinch when I pull the UPS plug out of its outlet, and for the two hours that I had it unplugged the fiber modem kept working just fine. It might last quite a bit longer, but 2h is already great for our use case. The big unknown for us is battery longevity in a hot garage. I’ll update the review when the battery degrades to the point of becoming unusable. It’s the same chemistry as car batteries though, which last 3+ years in the Florida heat, so I’m hoping this unit will continue to work for at least that long.
