So I’m on the fence about the rating, but here are my thoughts as to why I gave it a 5.I purchased this product to support a Black owned business and product (highly recommend).As far as the actual product and grease provided, they were quality products!The only caveat is that it doesn’t work/coil my hair texture. I wish I knew my hair texture (example 4c) but I don’t, but I can only say I didn’t get the results I expected.But again!, that’s only me, so don’t hold anything against this product. It’s a great value for the money and the build quality is perfect.

Good for any hair length and worth the price. The quality is good and is still holding up with no issues

This item works. I can keep it sanitized and it won't wear away like the sponge version.This item is very good but isn't perfect. It needs a handle. Because it's awkward to hold as you work it over and around your head.Additionally, it should be sold in different sizes as single units. My hair is short, I had to return this one, which is the medium size and purchase the variety 3 size pack, (just to get the one with the smallest holes) the one for short hair!The 3 pack is good for households with many different hair lengths. But for one person, you only need one size. I had to spend an additional $15 just to get the size I need. Now have 2, the large and medium, I can't use!

Great quality at a great price!

Quality product, works well easy to use. Puts a nice twist in the hair. Comfortable in my hand and they recommend following the direction of your curl pattern which helped with definition of the twist. Liked this better than the sponge.

The comb does EXACTLY what is says! Its great for curly to kinky hair and instantly provides a more defined texture. However, the two plastic halves came apart within 1 week of use. I has already used the QC code provided with the product for a 1 year warranty. However, I was unable to submit a claim as the website provided no instruction on how to do so and there was no CS number to contact. When i went back and checked mu warranty online it said it was only valid for one week! I could not receive any assistance! I ended up using a super glue gel to reattach the two plastic halves. I was successful but the inner metal grid (the twister) is loose and spins around. Surprisingly it still works pretty well but with the metal grid spinning, it makes it a bit harder to use.

This hair trend with teen boys is not easy to maintain and my son's barber suggested this item. I cannot express enough what it has done for the style.

Worst item I’ve purchased from Amazon hands down. I got suckered into buying it because of marketing. So the marketing for the product is EXCELLENT but the actual product is a waste of money. It made my sons hair look worse than what it already it. The grip on it is not designed for hands. I have small hands but my other family members have larger hands and still could t grip this comfortably. This hurts especially if you accidentally get close to the ears or scalp. Poorly designed all the way around. Literally.I’m very disappointed with this product. Save your money and time.
