Exact fitting, quick and easy
It was breeze to install, came with bolts as well. Must buy good company product. Almost no noise which is big for me.

mounting bolts sheared off
within a few hours of installation. replaced a MagneTek motor in a bathroom exhaust.maybe brass rather than copper mounting boltsbolts were VERY brittle

I was not sure that a direct fit replacement could be found for an older cooler fan but this motor was a perfect replacement. The mounting options on both DE and ODE were an added bonus to fit better than the one I replaced.
