Taste was minty but not refreshingly so, more oily (of course), not bad. I couldn't really keep it in my mouth very long without feeling like I was going to swallow it, so that was difficult, but not a problem with the product itself. The ingredients seem to be good, which is one of the main things I'd look for. I wouldn't say it freshened breath very much, though, since it's not very minty.

Well still trying to see. So far totally NOT impressed. First of all where's the Mint flavor? All I noticed was a LOT of sweet flavor, and a slight hint of coconut. I was interested in it to see if it helped with bad breath. And I got it for myself and someone else. So far nothing has changed. After this bottle, I will NOT be buying anymore!.

This was my first experience with oil pulling, and it takes some time to get used to. After swishing, I used the included tongue scraper, which was actually quite effective. I appreciated how well the tongue scrapper worked and plan to continue using it as part of my oral care routine.Overall: I didn't enjoy the process of oil pulling and doubt I'll make it a regular habit. From my research, the evidence surrounding the benefits of oil pulling for teeth whitening and overall hygiene appears mixed, especially when compared to other, more convenient forms of mouthwash.

I’ve tried quite a few coconut oil pulling rinses, and I have to say this brand may be in my top 5. I appreciate that the bottle has a way to disperse the product instead of having to swig straight from the bottle like others I’ve tried. It always bothered me how unsanitary that was, so I like that about this bottle. The measuring cup is helpful, but is hard to clean… You should never spit this stuff straight down your drain, always only into the trash. So, trying to clean the measuring cup out just makes it more difficult as I have to wipe it down and toss the tissue in the trash. In the future, I might just end up pouring it right into my mouth, since I'm able to squeeze it instead of pouring it like some bottles.The taste of the oil itself isn’t too bad, I’ve tried worse. It’s a flavor that you have to get used to, even though it’s horrible at first. It’s more of a texture thing for me. The payoff makes it worth it though. Between the oil and the handy scraper, it leaves my tongue feeling clean and moisturized, and my teeth polished and fresh. I love these oil rinses! I do wish that this bottle was a bit bigger, but the low cost does help to make that feel a bit more balanced and fair.
