Great customer service and battery life
The original battery i received did not seem to work well, but customer service jumped right on the case and immediately exchanged for replacement. This new battery seems to be working better and along with the customer service this rating is 5 out of 5 stars!

Not and easy replacement project.
This battery had a great price. However, there were no instructions. Also, when watching videos on " how to replace a Flip Z phone battery", the process showed what looked like 2 batteries. It was also very time consuming.
