Powerful motor, long battery life, zippy and fun!
With all the choices available, I'm glad that I chose this scooter. The motor is very powerful, and I'm impressed with how the scooter carries me up steep hills (my weight is ~150 lbs). I have not yet attempted to ride the scooter >37 miles at once, which is the stated range, but the battery always seems to be close to fully charged even after riding it for nearly 2 hours. This is a very sturdy scooter with a wide foot board, I can easily shift my feet positions while riding. The scooter can also go very fast and has powerful brakes. The front tire is pneumatic (full of air) which helps make a smoother ride on bumpy pavement. All in all, it's a quality scooter, and I'm looking forward to riding it more now that summer is here!

Great size
This scooter is great. Built very solid, speeds up at a nice pace and is big enough to put both feet on the same part of the board or adjust placement with minimal difficulty.

Nothing but problems
First got it had good speed but I found it couldn’t goup a little hill. A couple days later was riding and E5 error came up on my screen. Everything went back to normal then within two weeks it stopped turningon. I contacted the company and they always take at least 24 hours to reply. They sent a new piece to replace and gave no instruction on how to change the piece and it didn't fix the problem and tried to tell me i couldn't return it. It took 3 months before they gave my refund. I wrote this same review on the lsinwheel website and it was deleted.

Battery doesn't hold the charges.
I like that it's sturdy but heavy. Just bought about 6 months. I haven't used it much. Maybe once a week, about 2-3 miles each week.Solution(May-11-2024): Contact sales service and they plan to send a new battery to fix the problem.

Cruise control button is hard to reach.
Would have been a 5 if the cruise control button was reachable without taking my hand off the handlebars.Hihi! 45yo woman who weighs 297 (down from 330 LETS GO!). Got this scooter delivered back on 3/1/23 and only now, 4/20/23, have I mustered the courage to get on it and give it a try; cuz let's face it, though I may bounce better if I hit the pavement, I'm not gonna be able to jump back up like I did as a kid.So Pros:1. Huge Giddy Up and Go once you push off.2. She's cute as heck.3. Can support up to 400lbs.Cons:1. I have to take my deathgrip hand off the handlebars to push and hold the Light button for 5 WHOLE SECONDS to engage Cruise Control. I have yet to even try that and so far it's just been this weird letting off the throttle and abruptly slowing down before braking.- This is a HUGE CON.- Please move the Light button either near enough to the throttle so the same thumb can let if and press/hold the button or move the light button to the left handlebar in the same position the throttle is on the right.Maybe the Con isn't so much a Con though. Maybe it's placed the way it is so that only once new riders are comfy enough to take their hand off the handlebar and hold that light button for 5 seconds, is one proficient enough to responsibly ride in cruise control.I don't know but all in all, it's Very Fun and I'll be practicing every day so I can start making my doctor's appointments on time, take my cat to the vet, and go to the grocery store with a backpack.Wish me luck!

Worth every penny
Let’s start with this. Backstory but completely relevant for this situation. I’m a thick girl. A true BBW. I have a car with lots of mechanical issues that I just couldn’t get fixed (BMW issues), neither did I just have the funds to just get a new car. I needed something to help me get, at least to work and back home, and I needed it fast. My city was made for electric scooters and such and have them all over the city. Unfortunately, those must have a lower unrealistic weight limit, in my world, because it only goes so far before giving me the boot. But I just had to have one as a means for transportation and needed something a bit more forgiving of my weight. I chose not to give up. After months of researching the best options for my situation (weight and distance from home to work) this was THE BEST CHOICE and, by far, one of THE BEST investments I have ever made.Pros:*Forgiving of weight*Can go a great distance and still have a full charge*Bright lights to see during night-time riding for when I get off of work.Cons:*I’m still trying to figure out how to make the shaft tighter where it doesn’t feel like it’s going to fold down on me while I’m riding and where it’s not so wiggly.*Heavy and a hassle to fold (that’s a personal problem, though)*Only go up hill midway then gives out on me.*Have yet to reach to a speed of 19mph (possibly another personal problem).*Don’t ride, just walk, over railroad tracks because the tires feel like they are going to pop or have a blowout.*Not sure how to tighten the brakes so they are not the most reliable. But I’m still learning and enjoying it and I definitely got my moneys worth. The good outweighs the bad and I highly recommend it. 10/5 stars.
