The ones that work for me
I tried so many different inserts and custom ones and these are the ones that finally worked for my plantar fasciitis and got me running again. Lots of other things helped as well but these were essential for me.

Can't recommend highly enough
Have been suffering from plantar fasciitis, these have really taken the edge off as I work in a job where om on me feet all night. Can't recommend highly enough. Massive help 🙂

Too thick metatarsal area, too thin heel area, but arch is fine
The metatarsal area is too thick making fo a crampy foot. The heel offers little shock absorption. The arch is firm and gives good support. Only recomendable for people with narrow feet who need no heel protection.

The insole has quite a bit of cushion and a very stiff arch support which is exactly what I was looking for with a shoe that is a little too flexible to my liking. Size wise I bought the men's 9-9.5 insole and it fits perfectly in both a pair of 9.5 and 9.0 shoes. Only con I could think of is that due to the non customized nature of the insole, it has a somewhat wide base which will not fit perfectly in shoes that are very narrow around the heel/arch (i.e. soccer boots).

Tenia un dolor con cierto tipo de zapato (suela delgada), y pensaba que ya no podria utilizarlos. Me di una ultima oportunidad con estas plantillas, y estoy muy contento por que ya no siento dolor. Son muy comodas y se sienten de buen material. La entrega de amazon sin problemas.
