Our hydration products are great for kids. Our Sport Hydration Drink Mix has 37% less sugar than traditional sports drinks and has 40% more key electrolytes than those same sports drinks. It is flavored only with real fruit. It has none of the excess ingredients like preservatives, emulsifiers, coloring agents, or flavoring agents that can hurt kids' stomachs. HOW MUCH SPORT HYDRATION DRINK MIX SHOULD I BE DRINKING? That is a tough question to answer because everyone is different. The right amount depends on not only the conditions (think temperature and humidity) and length and intensity (how long, how hard, how far) but also on the individual. I run ultramarathons and this is now my go to electrolyte drink. The individual packets are easy to carry in a pack and easy to add to a water flask on the go. It is likely less expensive to buy the bag of loose electrolyte powder with a scoop but I will always buy the packets for the ease of use during long runs and races. The lime is my favorite flavor but the others are fine too. I used to battle a lot of nausea after 60-70 miles and these have really helped with that.

I think this is the best electrolyte drink mix that you can use. I believe it's similar to the profile of your sweat which leaves your body, so I like that it keeps that consistency for your body especially during hot days. I'm a tennis player so I've had products that made me crash, cramp, and I've never experienced it with this. I do think the lemon lime is the best flavor of Skratch. There are a couple that are fine, and there is one flavor, though I can't remember which one, that is pretty awful. If you're looking for something similar to Gatorade, you won't get that here, but that's not good for you anyway. This is the best for performance+taste in my book. If you're using this in a standard water bottle, you may want to open it, sip a little water out, and then dump the powder in it first so it doesn't overflow.
