The images are misleading. I ordered the product based on the possibility of adjusting the settings shown in the images and the assumption that the laptop tray was a professional product. However, what I received is a very uncomfortable chair. The backrest angle is not adjustable, and the laptop tray is incredibly unprofessional, probably suitable for children, that too if they don’t intend to get up from their chair frequently. I regret buying it, and considering the size of the box, the time spent assembling it, and the fact that the seller is in China, I don’t even know if returning it is possible since the option for doorstep pickup is not active.

I like it so much I’d buy it again! It’s a really nice chair.Pros: Super-easy to assemble - it took me about 20 minutes. The parts and hardware are all top notch, and the instructions are clear and simple to follow. The chair itself looks great, and is extremely comfortable - I sometimes work for 15 hours straight at my desk when I have a deadline, and the adjustable lumbar support is awesome. I’ve only had it for about two weeks, but so far it feels like it’s a quality product that will hold up over time. Height, recline, headrest and lumbar support are all easily adjustable and work well. The footrest is cool, too, though I rarely use it. An extremely comfortable chair. I would definitely recommend it.Cons: I don’t really have any. I’m really happy with the chair.There are about a million ergonomic chairs on Amazon, and when I was looking for one it got to be a bit frustrating and overwhelming. I spent HOURS sorting through them all, and was concerned about spending a good deal of money on something that would be disappointing. This chair is no disappointment. Great value for the price. It’s really nice, and I’m glad I picked this one.
