For your information, the active ingredient in LYSOL PROFESSIONAL NO RINSE SANITIZER is 10% Alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammounium chloride. The chemical has been used as an anti-bacterial agent for various consumer products: hand sanitizer; skin antiseptics such as BACTINE; mouthwash; throat lozenges; treatment for herpes, cold sores, ulcers, and fever blisters; surgical disinfectants, and others. Its best known application is the 0.10% active ingredient for LYSOL spray..It kills 99.9% of microbiol bacteria and viruses. The chemical penetrates through cell membrane and affect the bacterial proteins. The organism dies as the result..The chemical is relatively safe at low concentrations. THE JOURNAL OF THE AMERICAN PHARM. ASSOC., vol 40, issue 6, 23 Sept 2006 reported no effects on rats, who were fed a 0.25% concentration for two years - 2.5x the strength of LYSOL spray. Dogs were fed 0.12% for 15 weeks and suffered no adverse effects - 1.2x the concentration of LYSOL spray. In fact, the only published fatality was a 78-year old male who drank 240 milliliters (1 cup) of a 10% concentration in 2014. This was an equivalent of 6.25 gallons of Lysol spray in liquid form..The user is getting good value for this product. According to manufacturer's instructions, one gallon of the chemical makes 256 gallons of a 0.039% concentration - a 2.56x weaker concentration of LYSOL spray. Leave the surface wet for two minutes.

I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone that plans on using it at home
I dislike that when you dilute and spray it so strong it gets to your throat and make you cough and it smells similar to windex but way stronger smell
