I've been making my own hot sauces for a bit, but these turned out far superior to my own. It was fun to make the different hot sauces, and opened my eyes to all the possibilities for future experiments for other recipes. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the set needs to include a small funnel for pouring into the bottles. It is quite difficult to pour, especially the 'garden' because it had a thicker consistency. Also, the larger glass bottles should come with the little plastic plug that allows the hot sauce to be applied more slowly, without having to worry about accidentally dumping it out. Every hot sauce comes with those plugs, and people are used to this. I just pulled the plug off another bottle to re-use, but it would be nice if they came with the set.
