Instead of writing all the phony 5 star reviews the manufacturer should have spent more than 10 minutes writing the program!Every time I turn it on it resets to the factory settings. This means the volume is WAY WAY too high and has to be adjusted down to save my eardrums. Also, each time it is turned on it starts from the beginning of the list of songs and plays them in the same order; over and over. Therefore I hear the same 10 to 20 songs every day when exercising in spite of having 4700 songs in memory.There is no setting to randomize the songs, therefore I randomized them when copying them to memory and that is the only order they play in.I can select internal memory or external card, but the unit will play only from the one selected. It won't mix between internal and external. That makes the 8 gig internal memory pretty much useless.The only positive thing I found is the sound quality which is better than the Sansa Clip + I was replacing. This, however, is insufficient to overcome the many, many defects.I looked for a better owner's manual and program download on line to try to find a work around for the problems, but can't find either. In fact, I was unable to find a website for the manufacturer at all, so there is no one I could ask for advice.I am going to return the unit and I hope no-one ever purchases this item again until and unless they get their program deficiencies corrected.

It is not the BEST music player ever, but it is good for the gym or a quick run.I picked it because it is small and it has a clip.worked great with 64GB memory.The only complain I have was it only shuffles songs from one folder.So I had to make folders for different playlists.it's good I guess.

After a couple of months of usage, I went to use one day and all my music was gone and the menu was all in chinese! Unable to put back to english.

Use for moving around the house while working and work outs. Battery life is good. Good reception & I am 3 miles out of any town.

I use this for excercising,i love everthing about it.i like that it is small,and the clip is wonderful to have on it.

This MP3 player is of poor design and poor quality. Do not buy.

This is a great product, stays charged for days, sound quality is good.

Windows 10 is flaky recognizing the device. Now I cannot load anymore songs to this device.
