Perfect Putter
The ToVii Golf Putting Mat is a testament to quality craftsmanship. The wood is impeccably finished, and the mat, with its rubber/neoprene backing, is durable and features an effective anti-slip design. The pile of the mat feels robust, and even though it was rolled up in the packaging box, it unfurled to a remarkably flat surface, with pretty much no creases, ready for use.The design is quite smart as the sides of the mat have ‘stitching’, not only aiding in durability but also helping roll the ball back into the centre of the mat if you put it sideways. However, this does aid in putting, so you should not rely on this if practising. If you get the ball in the holes, the ball rolls back via the track; if the shot is too weak, the ball rolls down the hill close to where you started. In my experience, it also punishes you if you hit too hard – the ball hits the backboard and sits on the shelf where two balls can be stored, meaning you have to walk and take them off.I placed the mat on flat wooden flooring so the golf ball travelled quite smoothly while putting it, though I suspect that an uneven surface would be challenging but could also add an interesting twist. I like the vintage coating on the wood, and the whole ensemble looks attractive. The design has been well thought-through, such as the prop stand to rest your putter on and the channel that returns the golf ball to you. Initially, I was disappointed that instructions were not provided, but the setup was simple and quick. A plus point is that you do not need any tools to assemble; a clever touch is using magnets to hold the track together and remains connected when subjected to small bumps. The ball returns, and the stop at the end works as it should, but how the ball(s) return is down to how level your floor is. I also like that it is portable and quick to set up and dismantle, but a bag would be helpful; given there are several pieces, it is not an issue and a suitable bag would suffice. It has been a nice distraction and an aid in helping you putt. I like this product, and I highly recommend it.

Nicely constructed set but more of a game than a training aid
Overall this is a nice looking wooden golf putting mat that is solidly constructed and would make a nice gift for any golf fan.I have a couple of provisos on that in that this is more of a game than something that can be used for proper putting practice. This is because the design of the mat involves a hill at the end to create the height with the ball so that it can drop and the drop-and-return mechanism gets the ball back to you. It is this 'hill' aspect that make it unnatural compared to a normal putt as you really have to hit it quite hard to get it up the final 'hill' and into the hole and so it's not really a good aid for putting distance training and should just be treated as a golf game.Aside from that aspect, the mat is nicely made with stitched edges for durability. The mat surface is durable with a nice level of pile and the wooden parts are all nicely finished and really solid. The track around the edge comprises magnets so that you don't need to screw them together and this makes it easy to take apart and get compact again for storage. The mat (which is 8 foot long) can be rolled back up.This feels like it will last years. It is a little surprising that there are no instructions at all. I used the picture on the reverse of the box to get an idea of how it should be set up, although the guide part (that sticks up into the air at the hole end) looked a bit weird.Overall it's 4 stars from me. Solid wooden golf mat game but lacking instructions and having the return mechanisms means that it's not a natural golf putt practice mat but more of a game.

Compact and a great way to sharpen skills
I recently purchased the ToVii Golf Putting Mat for practicing golf at home, and I'm thoroughly impressed with its quality and performance. This indoor putting green features an automatic ball return system and two different-sized holes, providing versatility in practice. The mat is well-made with a realistic turf feel that mimics the greens on a golf course. It rolls out smoothly and lays flat without any creases, ensuring a consistent putting surface. The automatic ball return system is a fantastic feature, saving time and effort by returning the ball to you after each putt.Setting up the mat is straightforward, and it's compact enough to use in various settings, from home to the office or backyard. It's been a great way to sharpen my putting skills conveniently and effectively.Overall, the ToVii Golf Putting Mat is an excellent choice for golf enthusiasts looking to improve their game indoors. It's also a perfect gift idea for any golfer. Highly recommended!

very high quality putting mat
This feels luxury and premium compared to most of the putting practice mats I've tried.Few things that make this stand out:1. Made from real wood that looks and feels luxury. Eye catching even2. The rubber mat is thick and easily lays flat3. The ball return system uses magnets to connect the wooden gutter, it worked perfectlyI found the mat to work really well for practice with varying length positions to practice from. The only thing I didn't like was that you can't fold the mat up inside it, it's a thick mat so understandable.Looks great so no issue leaving fully unfolded, would make a unique house feature in a games room

Really good!
This is really good, even for children. It's just a straight put with an uphill and a drop to the ball return if you overshoot. The ball returns to you. The ball return is held together loosely by magnets and it is quick to put together and take apart.
