Review: I bought this generator recently and I really wanted to know the details how it works. I contacted the company, and the representative was extremely nice, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and also provided me a credit of $35 when I told him I saw this advertisement but when I bought it, I didn't get a discount. After two years of using it, it stopped working properly. Magnetic function didn't work and two lights in the pitcher were not on. I contacted the company, and I have to tell you they have great customer service. The representative replied right away and asked me to send him a short video, which I did. He replied and told me that he already ordered the replacement pitcher for me. I wish all companies had these great policies. Below is what I found and think about this generator. **Q: What is the magnetic water function? And what is the benefit of it?**
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Throw the Magnetic Water function, the oxygen is released, and the spinner will start to stir the water. This function can be used right after the Hydrogen infusion, which will help to retain the hydrogen in the drinking water for 3x times longer.

**Q: How does the unit expel ozone, peroxide, and chlorine?**
A: Using SPE/PEM technology, the Water Hydrogenator® is able to produce hydrogen-rich water without residual pollutants like ozone or peroxide. In addition, with the vortex of the Magnetic Water process, the water is aerated and passed through the Calcium-Sulfite filter, which will remove any Chlorine from the drinking water.

**Q: I tried using this for the first time.  The first three cups tasted fine, but the last cup of water tasted like strong chemical! what's going on?**
A: Before first use, we recommend getting the filter out of the pitcher and rinsing both (filter and pitcher) very well under running water.

If there is a bad smell or taste for any reason, please follow the below suggestion that can be extremely helpful: 
- Take out the filter, pour vinegar inside the pitcher, and leave it for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, shake the pitcher for two minutes, then pour out the vinegar.
- Clean/rinse the pitcher with clean water (pour water in the pitcher, shake it a few times, then pour out the water - repeat this 2-3 times).
- Fill the pitcher with clean water and use two consecutive cycles of the Self-Cleaning function, then pour out the water(you can rinse the pitcher again to ensure it is completely clean).
- Finally, you can use the Water Hydrogenator® normally.
We recommend using the Self-Cleaning function once every 8-10 hydrogen infusion cycles and not storing the water for a long time to ensure good maintenance and have fresh & tasty water every time.

**Q: Titanium platinum causes cancer. Is this product available in glass instead (only answer if you know)?**
A: The Water Hydrogenator® is not available in glass material.

I have been using this hydrogen water generator for 9 months. There are 2 of us here that use it daily. We really appreciate the water it produces. I do not know how to tell if it is hydrogenated, but I know that it is better filtered than our tap water. I feel much safer drinking water, and we no longer drink water from the tap. I do feel energized after drinking it, so maybe that is the hydrogen showing itself! It is extremely easy to use and clean. I make 6 to 10 pitchers of water a day. I am diligent in cleaning it and changing the filter as suggested. I have never smelled anything strange in the water and have never experienced any bad taste. We both find it to be tasteless and odorless. It is compact so it does not take up much space, and it is fun to watch it spin and bubble! The company sent our free filters immediately after we registered the machine. They sent us message to thank us for the purchase and to make sure we were satisfied. Could not ask for better service! We are extremely happy with this hydrogen water generator and recommend it to anyone thinking of purchasing one. UPDATE: Back to say it’s been 2 years now since we purchased this and we still love it! Still use it exclusively for our drinking water. Also, I use it when fermenting and have never had a problem. We are so happy that we bought this! As an added bonus, we are very happy to see that the replacement filters have not increased in price in the 2 years we have owned it. If you purchase one, I hope you will enjoy it as much as we do ours.
