The fan is excellent and surprisingly powerful. Even Level 1 (out of 5) is more than enough for regular use, which says a lot about its speed. The neckband design is what really sets it apart from other products in this range, it’s comfortable and makes the fan easy to use while moving around. One thing to note: it gets quite loud at higher levels. It sounds similar to sitting in a window seat on a plane where you can clearly hear the engine. When it starts up, the sound is almost like a plane revving its engines for takeoff on the runway. Because of this, it won’t be suitable for a crowded or quiet office, but it’s a great companion for walking/jogging outdoors or even during an auto ride in this blistering heat.
