Love the TV so far, easy set up using Smartthings app. Sounds quality is great for a TV. Design is nice and fit in with my home aesthetic. I use Apple phone, so the NFC tag doesn’t work to play music.

*The style*This TV itself is a piece of art, and blends in beautifully with the living space. This can be placed on a TV stand as a table-top TV, but the design language best applies as a standalone TV with the provided easel style legs. Keep in mind that this TV cannot be mounted on a VESA wall mount.*The display*The QLED display looks vibrant and colorful, perhaps not to the level of OLED display, but still impressive and high quality. The colors don’t feel washed off, and blacks are inky black.For the installation, I found it easier to turn the TV upside down with the foam on to install the legs first, and then turning it right side up. The software setup was easy and worked right out of the box. Everything worked with QR code sign ins without the hassle of typing in passwords with a remote.Overall, very satisfied with the TV.

The media could not be loaded. It took me 45 minutes to move the TV into the house, unbox it, and set it up. It wouldn’t turn on despite having power, so I spent another hour on the phone with Samsung customer service only to be told it was defective. Then I wasted another 30 minutes repacking and taping it back up. Now it’s sitting by my front door, waiting until Sunday (earliest date) for Amazon to pick it up.This has been a monumental waste of time with both Samsung’s defective product and Amazon’s service. I should be reimbursed for the 2+ hours I lost, or offered a discount on a replacement order.

I love the look of this and people always comment on it when they walk into our house. Stylish alternative to a typical TV and better quality I think than a frame TV.

I use my PC as part of my entertainment center and game mode is the bane of my existence.There is no way to disable it. It says can be turned off but it will turn itself back on whenever it I switch to PC. There is an “auto” setting but I have no idea why because even though I switch it back to “OFF” two or three times a week It always manages to come back ON… So it seems I have no choice but to turn this off whenever my oh so smart TV thinks I want to look at a black screen instead of whatever display I was using. I’ve tried factory reset, every time this happens I look online for answers, desperate for any insight on how to fix this, nothing.If I didn’t have this issue I’d have no problem giving this 5 stars, it’s a very pretty TV, yes. But given that it does this annoying thing constantly it’s more of a 3. When I factor in the high cost it becomes a 2. Not at all worth the headache. It’s to the point I want to break my remote in half and I have to remind myself how much it costs.I convinced myself I wanted this expensive aesthetic tv and it was a mistake. If you want to do anything involving your pc with this thing just don’t.

The only reason I didn't give this amazing TV that 5th star was because I ordered a wall mount and then found out it won't work with the wall mount I ordered. I'm still working on that.Other than that. . . did I say amazing? Let's go with spectacular! A beautiful picture that suppresses reflected light. It's hard for me to rate the sound quality because my audio is 100% directed to my hearing aids via Bluetooth. But that audio is, at the lest quite good.When aids or nurses come in to my room they compliment the unit just on the looks alone and when they see it on the hits just keep on coming. (I live in a VA veterans home, hence the nurses and aids comment.)So yes, I highly recommend this unit. Mine is the 43" model but I'm sure any size would be the same.
