Troublesome water purifier
Bad water purifier and doesnt deserve the brand rating it normally reflects. Big mistake as I moved away from HUL Pureit to Kent expecting better quality and experienced bitter quality instead. The biggest problem is that the water purifier stops working atleast monthly once and I had to call the customer service and service technician who comes and just resets it. Its been almost 8 months and I had to call them atleast 8 times. He comes and says this is a common problem and no permanent solution. From the time water purifier problem starts till the technician resets it, I have to rely on buying additional water bottles. Once warranty is done I guess they will take service charge too. Request Amazon to escalate this and if Kent guys are looking at this review, please resolve my water purifier's problem.
