Not impressed
I've never had an issue with any of these motors. I've had several, under different names but the manufacturer is the same, and they're all still going strong. I don't know if I just got a dud with this one, but from day 1 there has been some serious lag between when I pull the throttle and when it decides to move. When it does start moving, once it hits full speed, it cuts out and comes back. I'm running a 15t pinion and the motor doesn't get hot, neither does the ESC, so I really don't know what the issue is. I've tried 2s and 3s batteries and its the same with both. I know the batteries are good because I run them in my Associated ProSC 4x4 with no issues whatsoever.Sadly, this will most likely get returned.

Better than what you think...
It does tend to look like is not going to do it's job, and when I comes down to it, you could not tell the difference between this esc and motor and other types of esc's and motors that were present that day including one of the latest Tekno esc and motor, I personally believe is a good investment while learning to adapt to drive a 3s - 4s power speed, therefore as a short to mid term investment is a good candidate to use as an alternative motor and esc, but for the long run only when I get further in the season and it's use it will tell me how durable it will be.Stats:Speed: 9.5/10Consistency: 9/10Reliability: 8/ 10Power: 9.7/10Top speed: 10/10 ( just because I passed another guy on the straight away without too much problem, M1;15T pinion - M1;47T Spur gears)Temperature: 8.5/10 ( also depends on driver)The only negative I could say that for Esc cable to connect to your box receiver it is a bit shorter than what you would comfortably would need but it is workable around it, other than that is a great combo

Lasted two weeks
At first it was perfect. No issues at all. But the third time I used it it started lacking. Servo hardly turn and fan died every time I turn. Motor seems ok though.

Not bad for the price
So far so good and decent run time at the track... will see how long it lasts
