Place the tape above the ears around the largest area of the head. Pull the tape snug to get the most accurate measurement. (Do this a few times to be sure you get the correct size.) If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size. The helmet should fit snug so that the air won't lift the helmet while you're riding.
