Review for DMCBY Pocket Eye Chart: I got the small card... it says use at 6 feet (for the larger letters) ... I JUST had an eye exam and know which lines I could read at the eye doc's office, and this chart is off two lines for me. Nevertheless, the card is nicely printed and is helpful for seeing :) how bad your eyesight actually is. The back, which I assume to be for close-up eye testing, was off about the same amount.You can use the metric measurement tool to get the distance between your pupils (needed for ordering glasses on-line). This is not the brand my doc uses, but still ok for casual use by a regular person.For the record... no instructions were included.
