Chewy Nougats Individually Wrapped Candy 5 pound

The delivery person tucked the package around/behind the front porch post so that it would be out of view... THANK YOU for taking that extra step in doing that, I am sure that ALL customers appreciate it!!!Anyway, I ordered about a week ago and package came in on 11/17/21. The package was well wrapped, clearly labeled, and the wrapper shows a "Best by date" of 12/31/22; The candy is soft, chewy, and full of flavor... And I have a whole year to enjoy them, that's awesome!

These candies really pack a punch. The peppermint is strong but not overbearing. They are soft and chewy. They are perfect at Christmas time. The centers were shaped like a Christmas tree

I haven't had these in over 25 years, had forgotten they existed. I'm not sure how I've gotten through the last 25 holiday seasons without them. If you're uncertain about the holidays, just not feeling up to it, these might just change your mind. Candy therapy is what I call it. I loved them so much, I decided to make Christmas gift baskets and share them with my friends.

I believe these are seconds. They are a little misshapen, but still our favorite Christmas candy!

My mom used to use these candies to make candy wreaths for Christmas so I have fond memories attached to this candy. If you like a chewy peppermint candy, you will love these. They do stick to your teeth, but I love them.
