I recently purchased the 5/8 Inch x 82 ft + 6 ft Mounted Water Hose Reel with Auto Slow Rewind System and I have to say, it's been a game changer for me. The reel itself is incredibly sturdy and well-built.The auto slow rewind system is a fantastic feature. It allows the hose to retract slowly and smoothly, preventing kinks or tangles. This ensures that I can easily store and retrieve the hose without any hassle.The wall-mounted design is another excellent aspect of this reel. Love the convenience and ease of these hoses and retractable holders! Used to fight with hoses and hated how they would kink and get tangled up!Quite large (but have to be to hold all that hose!) but don’t look bad at all. My husband easily hung these where we wanted, we now have 4!! Love them!

The only problem I had with this unit is the kind of cheesy nozzle it comes with. I have never been a fan of those multi mode nozzles at all. It gave out within the first week or so of use. One of the pivot covers for the on / off lever fell off. I went back to my old school nozzle on it, with an on / off valve at the end of the hose as well. As far as the rest of the unit goes, I got it last September, and it's still working perfectly. The soft recoil feature is nice too. Just don't allow it to wind up on it's own, you have to kind of guide it in, which is no big deal, and almost kinda fun. lol I have left the water on to this thing since day one as my spigot is around a corner and behind a bush, and it hasn't leaked a drop. I know we probably shouldn't do that, but I do.. All in all, I love this thing! I'm in a wheelchair, and it makes my life MUCH easier not dealing with an unruly hose getting all tangled up in my works too.

At first glance the hose reel seems like it is well built but the leader hose was already kinked on arrival and there is also a link in the inner hose where it was bent over the opening for shipping. I am hoping these links are temporary and will fix themselves with use. It would be much nicer if the hoses that are included with these reels were of better quality, especially since they cannot be replaced without buying a new reel. This seems to be a problem with a lot of hose reels and will likely make me return the unit as I am afraid it will just not last long enough.The mounting bracket is all plastic and will likely become brittle after a couple of winter/summer season changes. Also, the bracket and included mounting template have 5 holes for screws but they only give you 4 screws. Having the additional screw hole just leaves an opening for bugs to find a home. There is also a large opening in the bottom of the bracket which has a large cavity inside. Not sure what this is for but it is just another place for pests to find a home. We have wasps in our area and I suspect they will find this a great place to build a nest.I do like the ability to easily move the hose reel to my shed for the winter but still not sure how the bracket will hold up. If I decide to keep the unit, I will update my review with additional thoughts once it gets some use.UPDATE: The company reached out to me about my concerns and assured me that they honor a 1 year warranty as well as provided a slight discount due to the issues I had with my unit on delivery, mainly the missing bolt and kinked hose. I am raising my review by 2 stars due to the company caring about their product and wanting to assure their customers are happy. I will update again if there are any significant changes.

She told me and I ordered immediately.I didn't wait too long, I got this hose reel which I've been looking forward to for a long time. I have already used it numerous times. And I will share my experience.This hose reel is easy to install. The instructions are easy to understand. I don't want to drill holes in my wall, so I decided to go with a post. The bracket for the reel is a little wider than a 4x4 post, so I recommend either using a 6x6 post. I decided to make use of what I already had, so I used a 4x4 post with a 2x6 inlay to attach the bracket to. It worked great!It is very convenient to use this hose reel to water my garden. Lock at any length function lets me not need to pull the hose all the time while watering. This garden hose reel can rotate 180° horizontally, I can water my garden multi-direction and don't need to remove the hose reel. The metal 10-pattern sprayer is high-quality and can meet my different applications. I can use it to water my garden, hose down my floors, hose down my car, bathe my pets .....Its auto-recycling feature takes the hassle out of recycling cluttered hoses!Besides, I am really satisfied with the after-sales service. I sent a message to the seller with some questions about the product. They replied to me soon and solved my problem.In a word, I highly recommend this MYTOL garden hose reel!
