On September 2024 I bought this winch and it worked flawlessly until last week. The rope spool flange broke. I contacted Lulu with customer service via email and within a few hours she resolved the problem. She is in the process of shipping me a new winch. The 2500# was not available so she is shipping a 4500# at no charge. While I was disappointed my winch broke, things happen and Lulu made it good. I highly recommend Openroad.

Bought this winch based on price and features. While I was initially impressed with the product it quickly vanished when the remote control feature stopped working 2 wks later. Winch works good however but the main reason I bought this product was because of the wireless remote control for safety reasons. Now the only way to work the winch is with a wired control which puts me too close to the winch and in potential harms way.

Both remote controls failed after two uses. Another piece of junk .

Seems solid but was a pain to install --and I'm very experienced. I haven't had a chance to pull anything very heavy yet, but so far so good!

No good mine stopped working completely 6 months after I bought it it was smoking I gave one star bc it was fast shipping ..
