This Innovacook griddle pan is a versatile and useful addition to any kitchen, offering both functionality and style. It's ideal for achieving those desired striped effects to things like burgers, thanks to its ridged surface, which also helps drain excess fat. The pan has a square shape and is 28 cm in size. The pan is quite weighty, which adds a premium feel to it. It is made of aluminum with a non-stick coating, making it easy to clean with just warm soapy water and a sponge. The pan heats up quickly and is suitable for all hob types, including induction.The pan comes with a unique folding handle, made of wood. Whilst, this handle makes the pan easy and compact to store due to folding right into the pan itself, it does feel quite flimsy when opened out, for example, if you move the pan to shake the contents or flip it when washing etc, the handle falls back in on itself due to there being no catch or lock in place, which is something that is definitely missing. If that was in place, it would mitigate this issue.

Very versatile pan and easy to clean, been using it alot it is very sturdy and can cook everything perfectly, the fold away handle makes it simple for storage.

good for single person usage

I like the striped effect when cooking certain meats and fish, obviously I would need a griddle pan for that effect, so I ordered this pan. It's a very useful pan, that I've used a lot since its arrival, and there are a few points I've noticed while using it.• It's a really useful size and shape, easily big enough for 2-6 chicken breasts.• It's quite heavy, but not so heavy that it's unpleasant to use.• The ridges do cause the stripes that I hoped they would, while also helping to drain any fat.• The folding handle makes it so much easier to store.• It's suitable for all hob types, including induction hobs.• It seems to heat up quickly.• Due to the wooden handle I don't think it would be dishwasher safe.• It's not safe to use in the oven or grillOverall its not the perfect pan, but the minus points are more than made up for by the plus points, it's easy and efficient to use it, and even though I don't think it's dishwasher safe, it seems to clean easily enough with handwashing, so I'm happy to recommend it.

This is a fair sized pan , which has some weight to , it feels like it is aluminium made and has the ridged surface on the cooking side, which helps with its nonstick properties and also gives the seared effect when cooking .It is a square shape and is 28 cm , so a fair size .Underneath it has an unpainted raised heating circle and they claim it can be used on all cooking appliances , gas , induction etcWe used it on our gas hob and it cooked the food wellIt has a foldable handle which is metal and wood , the wood makes it look quite classy , but probably limits using it in an oven or grill , and there doesn't seem to be much info on washing ? However we always hand wash pans as we find it makes the non-stick properties last longer than dish-washing themThe handle is where I think this pan loses a star and it lets it down a bit, the mechanism for folding and unfolding is straight forward but very basic and it doesn't really click solidly into place when unfolded and you have to be careful how you hold the pan as it will fold too easily back in again , it could really do with a catch or lock to keep in in place when unfolded.Otherwise a good pan and probably worth the listed price , and as a cooking pan I would recommend , just be careful with the handle !
