My Eyes Love This
This has been my go-to for years. Yeah, I can’t see very well for a few minutes after putting it in, but my eyes feel so much better. I try to save it for just before bed, but if I’m having a really dry-eye day, I go ahead and dip into these stuff. No preservatives, which is a godsend since my last eye drops did and was drying my eyes out so bad my eyelids were sticking under an hour from using them. This gel cleared my eyes up after that fiasco too. Just a few days and lots of gel, and my eyes were doing better than before I tried those eye drops. Definitely recommend for dry eyes.

Small size too costly compared to their gel they discontinued or don't sell
For severe dry eyes. Works well. Mu's admit it is disappointing they did away with the bigger gel size so this won't Las long. Not sure if it is a marketing shift but the price is now too high to mske this an everyday item as the opthamonologist recommended. Looking for a replacement at a better price not a small tube that runs out quickly.

Excellent quality nighttime dry eyes ointment.
I have very dry eyes at night, and have to use a nighttime product every night. This GenTeal ointment works very well, is high quality with good ingredients, without causing any irritation, and is a great value for the money. I keep one tube in my travel bag and one at home. And one tube lasts over a month for me. So easy to use. Just put a small dollop in each eye, without touching your eyelids, and it melts with your body heat immediately. Just be sure to be in bed right away, and it will blur your vision. Obviously there is no smell…and the tube has never leaked when it is in my travel bag. I would not travel without this ointment. Very happy customer and highly recommend.

Gel that moisturizer your dry eyes but use before going to sleep.
I have extremely dry eyes and after applying a small amount of this gel to my eyeball, it helps moisturize it, including my upper outside lid which also gets very dry. The gel seems to have a mind of its own as it keeps sneaking up and out of the tube so it's best to put the cap on when you have enough gel on your fingertip. The only drawback is lifting my upper lid to place the gel underneath so I basically just place it on top of my eyeball. It works that way too.

Easy to use and Very Effective.
I learned about this when I moved to the South. My allergy medicine gives me itchy, dry eyes and this is a Godsend! At night, I wash my eyes with sterile solution and an eye cup. Then, when I'm in bed and ready to sleep, I use the gel. To use it, gently pull your lower lid out and squeeze a small line of gel right inside your waterline. Close you eyes for a moment, and then repeat on the other eye. After you're done, close yp the gel tube and put it and your mirror away on your nightstand. The gel does make your vision look a wee bit blurry, which is why I use mine before sleep. I don't want to have to walk around trying to see through goo. By morning, my eyes feel great and my vision is just fine. I wipe my eyes off with a clean baby washcloth and warm water and I'm good to go.
