Good mix of B vitamins. Read the label carefully if you need certain amounts of each component vitamin.

I know this B-complex is targeted "for men," but ginseng, selenium, lycopene and taurine are beneficial for women too! I wanted to try these because I was curious about time-release Bs, which I've never tried before. I'm vegetarian and am dependent on B-complex supplements. If I don't take Bs, I start getting cracks in the corner of my mouth. I was suspicious of this Lovita complex at first because they did not have that distinctive potent smell I've always associated with Bs. Like none of that smell AT ALL. But they definitely had the other telltale B vitamin signs, namely keeping me up at night if I take them too late and turning my pee neon yellow 🙂 so these are definitely B vitamins, even though they do not smell like B vitamins. Which is a good thing. I can recommend this complex (as a woman!)

Took this one night before bed. Must work because I couldn't sleep a bit. Take in morning and feel more energetic.

I like the fact that this b vitamin complex contains additional additives for men, including choline and selenium as well as ginseng. What is more, they have packed everything into a single-serving, timed release pill. All of that means I can take fewer supplements throughout the day!These blue caplets do have an odor to them but it is not foul like some b vitamin caplets I have tried. To avoid an aftertaste, DON’T wait until you are finished eating a meal to then take this pill. I find that washing it down with a little food helps avoid any not-so-tasty burping or aftertaste.The pills I received expire more than three years in the future in 10/2027, so apparently it has a pretty long shelf life. This pill is made in the USA which gives me more faith in the content. As I mentioned it is a timed release supplement so you will see the yellowing of your urine for the rest of the day.The true test for me is whether or not I feel an increase in energy and a reduction in neuropathy. I believe this product is working on both accounts, though it can sometimes be difficult to tell which product is providing the improvement.

It's not a massive pill which is a plus. It seems like a good way to get some extra B vitamins.

I was initially skeptical because I've been using B Complex vitamins for a long time and usually I can tell the next time I urinate, that the vitamins have been rapidly put into my system and much of it passed. Not really a terrible thing, but that's better for a quick boost.But with these, I can tell throughout the day that I'm steadily passing whatever is excess throughout the day, all day, but less at at time.I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants a slower released B Complex.
