A Must-Have for BJJ training!
I've been using the Elite Sports BJJ Grip Trainer for a few days now, and it's quickly become one of my favorite training tools. The resistance feels great, it's easy to set up almost anywhere, and it's perfect for building the grip strength and endurance. I especially like that I can work on different grip positions that actually translate to real gi grips, making it much more useful than standard hand grippers. Whether it's for warm-ups, rehab, or adding extra grip work after class, this trainer gets the job done. As you can see in my pictures, I'm also wearing my Elite Sports BJJ Gi, and just like the grip trainer, the gi has been fantastic.
