Worth it
Honestly, I was a little pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. These feel like they're high-quality. The circular grips have two different strengths, depending on which way you hold them. There's also a little booklet and a downloadable e-book that really went into both exercises and explaining the various muscle muscles. There was other suggestions for building strength that didn't use this product as well. Some basic stuff that everyone could do. Seemed like they're acting in good faith. For the price I paid, I would say well worth it.

Worth everything! Read this
It comes in multiple pounds depending on the functional movement. The pictures I tried to get the pounds listed for each, might have to zoom in. So you get only one hand grip per different weight so three total grips with two weights presented. Then you have the a set of hand extensors per different weight so 6 total. I also took pictures of two different pages in the book and these are key pictures. The one with the muscles shows you each muscle in the forearm and which are being activated during each exercise. So what I love about this so far, beginners get a step by step instruction on different grip techniques to start then other ways to increase the difficulty. It even suggests reps and how many seconds of a repetition to build up the intensity. You can most definitely use this at any time. Instructions are easy, it’s comfortable, it doesn’t smell or feel like latex (and I have a slight allergy). I have a sm-m size hand but this fit very well in my hand which honestly if my hand was smaller, I would have an automatic disadvantage but great obstacle for better hand strength. Finally, What I really love about this is for individuals who have neurological disorders in their hand, or anything else, it can help and improve your obstacle. Now, ofc they even suggest for doctor’s recommendations first for approval but they talk about these exercises for a particular part of the community who struggles with grip strength, not just individuals who want better strength but who have a disability. It’s just so inclusive. Very caring company, material looks and feels as if it will last a life’s time, an easy to clean too. They even have a bag you can carry around which is such a plus that I did not see in the description (that’s on me honestly).

Rehab device for broken (scaphoid screw fixation) wrist/finger
Got for my hubby who shattered his pinky finger at work and then our son broke his scaphoid on the left side and had to get a screw fixation and bone graft. Both used to rehab their hand following the breaks and after healing, and both are able to have a full range of motion and full recovery after the break. My husband actually was a pianist and can play piano again after shattering his pinky finger. Our son can also play all his Instruments after the surgery, from guitar and drums to piano and fiddle. Our son also is able to do all the art forms he enjoys as well and he is a left handed person who broke his left wrist! These devices work, use them from smaller to larger. They’ve been durable enough to last two people using them for rehab, and so they clearly are worth it. They are perfectly sized for small or large hands and have helped bring both from post-injury or surgery unable to use their hands to the grip strength they had previously. Very good design and works well.

Good for the price, nothing exciting
Overall does the job but the finger extension trainers are a poor layout. A row of 3 and a row of 2, instead of rows of 4 and 1. The full hand extension does not provide equal resistance, in fact 1 finger has none at all. You can perform other exercises to compensate but I wanted a single full hand extension with equal resistance on all digits. The donuts work, although I feel no difference between the marked pounds. 10 and 20 feel the same, 30 and 40 as well. I am rehabbing torn cartilage and soft tissue so it does not feel the same because they are too light, just really no difference.

Excellent Value and Versatility for Hand Strength
I’ve tried a few grip trainers over the years, but this FitBeast 9-piece set really stands out for its variety and thoughtful design. 🛠️ Versatile Tools for Full Hand & Finger Training What impressed me most is how comprehensive this kit is. It includes three resistance rings (30, 40, 50 lbs), three finger stretchers (6.6, 8.8, 11 lbs), and finger pinch and extension bands. Each item serves a specific purpose, from building general grip strength to improving finger dexterity and mobility—ideal for injury recovery, fatigue relief, or just getting stronger. 💪 Durable, Comfortable, and Well-Built The materials feel high quality—soft, food-grade silicone that’s both sturdy and comfortable to use, even for long sessions. I really appreciated the anti-slip texture on the rings (visible on page 3), which gives you confidence during workouts. The finger stretchers are unbreakable and flexible, as promoted, and didn’t cut into my skin. 🎯 Great for All Levels Whether you're a beginner or someone looking to maintain or enhance hand and forearm strength, the multiple resistance levels make this kit effective and scalable. I especially liked how the set includes an instruction manual and workout guide (page 4), which makes it easy to get started right away. ✅ Pros: Full range of resistance levels for fingers and grip Safe, durable silicone construction Ideal for rehab, stress relief, and strength building Includes carrying bag and guide for convenience ❌ Cons: None so far — everything functions exactly as expected Overall: This is a complete and thoughtfully designed set that delivers on its promise. For the price, you’re getting a lot of value. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, training for a sport, or just want stronger hands, this kit covers it all beautifully.
