Organic Herbal Salve 4oz - Comfrey Organic Herbal Salve Cream Ointment

I only used it twice & it stained my sheets!

This is the second kind of herbal salve I have tried for achy ankles (tendonitis), and one of many creams and balms I have tried. I find this works about the same as any other cream you might rub onto your sore areas. It is usually the massaging that helps rather than the type of lotion, ointment, or salve you use. These herbal salves are green, and I found this one a little runnier than the last one, so it rubbed in a bit better. I didn't have too much of a green tinge rubbing it into my skin as with the other one (the last one made me look like I was turning into the Hulk). But as I said, I didn't find anything in these ingredients to differentiate it from any other cream you might use to massage sore areas. It all feels the same to me, and I generally feel better after rubbing any of these types of products on my sore ankles. There is just nothing about this that makes it more useful than using any other kind of lotion or product.

The HABOHUSE Organic Herbal Salve is a Salve made of several organic natural herbs which are listed in the product page. The list of herbs is impressive.The Salve came well packaged in a plastic tub with a seal to keep the Salve intact. The consistency is thinner than a balm (thick) and lotion, more like a jar of mayo but green in color. You apply a little bit to the affected area and gently massage it. My skin did not turn green and it completely dried up in a few seconds. It smells acceptable but after drying there is a light smell. I generally use them in the night.The product is made in China, recently manufactured and has a shelf life of about 3 years. There is no brand name on the product and several stores are selling the same one.I would recommend you try this on a small area to make sure you skin accepts it.

This is ok but not great. I don't really care for the scent either. It works somewhat but not as well as I was hoping. It goes on decently and doesn't leave a greasy film behind.

Got this as a gift, it came in just a plastic wrap and was a small bottle. Hopefully the product works as described!

I was really looking forward to using this on my stiff, achy joints but when I received it I opened it and the smell is just so bad in my opinion I couldn’t apply it. Everyone is different though it might work for you. It was NOT rancid, just not a smell I wanted on me.

It really works. Comfrey is a remarkable herb. Get it and a fingernail size will cover a great big area. This jar will last me a whole year
