Very good product

I've taken pretty much all pwo supplements over the years. I train at night and struggle with sleep so tried this. The pump is good and it tastes nice. You do get the beta alanine tingle (which I like) however don't expect a massive surge of energy. Worth getting for the price especially if you like training late.

I’m not sure if it’s just me, but I found this worked the first time, but if I use it more than once a week I don’t really feel any effect.I have the odd day where I need a little pick-me-up for my gym session, and I’m not allowed to use caffeine, so I thought I’d give this product a try.I may just have to accept that without caffeine there won’t be a pre workout that works for me.

I rate this product, gives you the pre workout tingle feeling but not too much, tastes good, quality ingredients, good energy boost without the after effects of caffeine. Would recommend

Tried it this morning. It definitely works with slight face itches but nothing serious.The taste was strange tbh - i liked it but i can imagine some may not.I get anxiety from Caffeine so i needed to try something new. This works well and i can tell its clean stuff.Definitely expensive but quality is very important with pre workout.Good stuff

Didn't notice any difference in training still feel tired or no pump etc only noticed gives tingle to the face and ears so had to half the dose.Tastes alright but pointless buying.
