Nice quality pool table
2nd attempt and 2nd company of purchasing a pool table and it went great, took a little while to receive it but at least it was delivered at the right address. It came straight out of the box ready to play a game of pool. Nothing to put together, just fold the legs out and set it up right. It was very sturdy and completely level. It was also bigger than I thought it would be and that's great.

Solid 7’ portable pool table - excellent quality
TL;DR - a high quality 7’ pool table that is as solid as it is heavy nicely executed in a movable package. Upon receipt of the package the first thing you will notice is the size and weight of this product. It definitely requires at least two people to move the box. I found it pretty easy to unpack by leaving the box against a wall, cutting the tape along the bottom edge on three sides and then lower the box to the ground. The top easily opens and presents the bottom of the table along with the two ques and boxes with the other accessories. Lifting the table in its side and then extending followed by lifting and placing it on the feet. Pretty simple. Talking about the feet, these are adjustable to help level the table by unscrewing them as needed. I used a two foot level I had and measured length and width wise at three spot in each direction. Very convenient. The quality of the build, materials and packaging are top quality in this price segment. The accessories included the set of balls in a nice storage box, triangle, brush, two ques and two black chalk. All isn’t perfect with this set though. The black chalk gets all over your hands at first and hopefully over time this is much less of an issue. Also, both ques are warped fairly significantly and one is even misshaped (see closeup picture). I will be contacting the vendor for a resolution. The ques are also light compared to others I have used so I might just need to invest in a pair and keep the supplied ones as backup. One suggestion for the manufacturer would be to add a hook to hang the triangle at one end of the table. I’ll probably look to find something in the local hardware store to solve this need. I expect this table to stand up to regular use and have purchased a cover to protect it when not in use.

Great Pool Table for Fun!
First and foremost, if you are considering this table you need to understand that this table is just like your neighborhood bar table, it is meant to provide fun and it is not going to be perfect like a professional table. Secondly, if you are considering getting this then you really need to get the 7ft table rather than the 6ft. Overall, I am extremely happy with this table. I merely wanted something that I could put on my patio with the weather getting nicer now. I had it delivered today and had it set up within minutes. I have played about 5 games so far on it and have enjoyed every minute with it (took a bit of tweaking since I have mine on a concrete patio that isn't leveled so I had to mess with that for a few): Pros: - At a $500 price point for a 7ft table, I considered that a decent deal. The product seems sturdy enough and I love the concept of being able to fold it up and store it. It was one of the main reasons I bought it, if I ever move, I can easily fold it up and place it on a moving truck. - While they are not great (I will get to that in my Cons section), you get everything you need to start playing right off the bat. Balls, sticks, chalk and brush. - Very sturdy with the additional "lock" mechanisms on the legs. Im about 200lbs and have no issues leaning on the table or a concern that it will collapse. - I found the rails to be very lively and not a dud like some cheaper tables give you. - More of a biased opinion but I got mine in the blue color and it looks absolutely amazing. Cons: - The sticks are an absolute joke and you should just throw them out upon receiving. They feel hollow and the "tips" are non-existent. I drove up to walmart and bought a couple better ones just so I could have a good feel for the table. - Mine had a bit of cosmetic damage on the side area near the logo. The felt was fine so it didnt bother me and I had some black acrylic paint so I just painted the imperfections. Nothing bad. - Check the pockets. During my first game, one of my corner pockets had 4 balls in it and then I heard a loud bang because one of the balls fell through. I looked and the gap in the netting was oversized. I had a zip-tie laying around so I just fixed that super quick and the issue has not happened again. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT AND SOMETHING TO CONSIDER! - The shipping is AWFUL. I scheduled a 6am-9am drop off and they showed up around 930am. Not terrible but kind of annoying that there is no update if they are running late or anything like that. Either or, not a huge issue but the following really bothered me. It was delivered by 2 friendly drivers in a box truck. They opened up the back and my pool table was laying in the back covered in trash, broken down other boxes as well as a bunch of pallets underneath and on top of the table. I immediately assumed the table was broken. The drivers were nice enough to wait around while I inspected the box and opened it up. After observing no damage, they left. With that said, I really hope Amazon would find a way to send this in one of their vehicles where it can be strapped to something rather than thrown into something like a moving fan with little to no care. If you order this, make sure you inspect the box and table if it looks like it has been damaged before the drivers leave. All in all, I absolutely LOVE this table. Just buy some new pool sticks for it and pray that your table isn't damaged during shipping. If you can get through those 2 items, you will love playing on this table and your friends will too. Overall: 4.5/5 stars

worth the price
Nice Table. I'd say it's worth the price. Especially since it comes with everything to start even if they're not the ritz. A good starter table or if you're renting.

Great product very satisfied
I'm blown away by the GoSports 8 ft Billiards Table! From delivery to gameplay, the entire experience has been top-notch. The table arrived without any damages, which was a huge relief given its size and weight. Upon unboxing, I inspected the table and accessories for any damage or missing parts. Thankfully, everything was accounted for and in pristine condition. The included full set of balls, 2 cue sticks, chalk, and felt brush were a great touch. Assembly was a breeze (WITH ASSISTANCE)- literally! All I had to do was unfold the legs and lock them, level the table, and I was ready to play. The process was surprisingly quick. The table itself is fantastic. The black finish looks sleek and modern, and the gameplay is smooth and consistent. I've had a blast playing with friends and family, and it's quickly become a favorite gathering spot. Yes, the table is heavy and requires assistance to move, but this is a small trade-off for its stability and durability. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with the GoSports 8 ft Billiards Table. It's a fantastic value, with outstanding quality, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and reliable pool table!

Well worth the price
After reading and watching multiple reviews, I decided to take a chance on this table. We opted for the 6-ft variant (blue) because our basement has limited access due to an unfortunate stairwell design (somewhat narrow main-level hallway, with limited ability to turn into the stairwell, plus a 90-degree turn at a landing 3/4 of the way down). I spent some time measuring things out, and I felt about 95% sure I could get the 7-ft table into the basement, but short of building a mock-up, there was no way to be sure it would fit. I didn't want or need the extra stress in my life, so I just opted for the 6-ft table instead. I also considered a few other 6-ft tables, but they all had non-regulation (smaller) balls, which I did not want. It is quite heavy, as expected, but my son and I got it into the basement without much fuss. Setup was extremely simple - the hardest part was picking up styrofoam bits and hauling out the box. As other reviews have noted, it is surprisingly sturdy. I was sort of expecting this, based on those reviews, but I was still a bit surprised to find that it's true. Granted, it's NOT as solid as a well-built, wood-framed, slate table. But I would hope that's easily understood. If you use a few of your core muscles and avoid leaning on the table, I would expect it to last a very long time. However, if you routinely lean on it while setting up for and taking shots, I would expect it to become a bit wobbly over time. My children are 14 - 19, and I'm not really worried about them using it at all. That said, thinking back to when they were 5 - 10, I think they would probably have been hard on it... So long as you come into it with realistic expectations, I think you'll be satisfied with the build quality. The playing surface is very flat, as others have noted, so the balls do NOT tend to wander around or dip to low spots. I've played on several wood-top tables, and this is the first one that does NOT have low/high spots. Very pleased by this. We've been playing on it for a few weeks now, maybe up to an hour per day as an average. It is definitely a bit of a slow table, but I'm hopeful it speeds up a bit, as others have experienced. On the suggestion of others, we purchased a "real" table brush for $15, and it's been well worth it. The typical "burn" marks from normal play are easily brushed out, making the surface look generally new with very little effort. Definitely worth the money for the extra brush. The cues that come with it are light - no surprise - but they seem to be generally straight and true. They play well enough that I'm not worried about getting others. I am definitely a novice player, with very limited cue ball control abilities, but I've been pleased with how well the table plays, overall. If you're a league player, I would imagine you would find it to be a noticeable downgrade from a tournament-quality table. However, it most definitely does NOT feel like a toy. It feels like a "real" (albeit low-cost) pool table to everyone in our family, and it's been a lot of fun for all of us to play on. I'm glad we purchased it, and I'm expecting to continue enjoying it for at least a few more years.

Good table!
So I'm a regular at my local pool hall and am no beginner. However with a small basement I needed something I could practice on during days I'm at home, yet something lightweight enough that I could fold up/move if I ever needed to reclaim the space. The 7-footer was perfect for my needs considering all that and had the right price point. However if I had the space, I would've opted for a real 9-footer. First Delivery: It came within the delivery window and was brought into the basement. However I was disappointed to discover the corner of the table was partially shattered (balls could be pocked but the corner edge was completely missing. I opted not to get a partial refund and instead decided to do a return which was a breeze as the guys hauled it out of the basement for me after I resealed the box. Final delivery: I ordered a second time with high hopes, and this time it was in near perfect condition. Only the bottom side of the table had a few scratches as one of the cues escaped the bag and had scratched itself and the table up. Sticks: You get what you pay for here. Both the cues in the middle were warped and the tips needed shaping. I contacted customer service, had a quick response and they hastily sent me new cues in a couple of days. The cues were fine this time but the tips were shorter. Honestly though If you're looking to improve, I'd highly recommend you go out and spend some money to get a high quality beginner's cue...but otherwise if it's just for casual play/for kids the cues work fine. Balls: Surprisingly they were very high quality grade, exactly the same look, feel and weight as the ones at any pool hall, they could have been slightly more polished, but for the price it wasn't issue. Rack: Another great surprise, the rack was very good. I typically loathe plastic racks at pool halls because they don't do as well as wood. Right now it's working great, but that could be because the felt is brand new. Only time will tell. Felt brush: Works fine, but you may want to buy another set. Table: No joke it is heavy! You can maneuver it around yourself, but to truly pick it up and move it farther you need 2 people. It is easy to expand and collapse. And despite it being mostly wood and metal, it had a very nice finish. The cushions have good bounce. The pockets and nets are great...I'm actually enjoying the tight pockets as it adds an extra challenge considering the small table. Surprisingly the table is quite level, unfortunately my floors are not - but luckily the feet can be adjusted individually to level the table. The felt is quite slow as other's have mentioned, but hopefully over time, it'll be less slow through natural use. With the felt you have to be extremely careful with it as it damages easily, especially if you accidentally slide your cue tip into it. I already have a few minor blemishes on it that I likely caused myself. The problem with the felt is that it's akin to felt you'd find on window curtains, this isn't true pool table felt you'd find on a high-end slate table..that is why it damages easily. Frequent Players / Kids: I wouldn't expect to get more than a few years out of this as there may not be as much care required or there will be lots of wear and tear happening from normal use. Casual Players: If you play once in awhile and are careful, you'd probably get several or more years of enjoyment out of this. Serious Players: Don't expect to sit on it, do jump or masse shots on this if you care about the table. It's fine for practicing shots and all else. If you play regularly on bar boxes, you'd find this table quite similar. Overall: For the price point, and what the product provides - this is a good purchase. I plan on using it several times a week myself, so only time will tell how long this table will truly last. If the table wasn't damaged on my first delivery, I might've considered giving it 5 stars. Between the free delivery/return, customer service, and the product itself, it deserves at least 4 stars. I will update my review after 6 months.

close to the real thing
On the good side: The table is flat, smooth and quite fast, the balls are heavy and have a good roll on the table. The cues are fine, not much different from what you'd find in any pool hall. For a fold-up table its sturdy. It is heavy and needs two fit people to set up. The playing experience is close to the real thing in any pub or club. On the down side: If I'm being picky, a slight lack of bounce in the cushions, I’d say around 80-90% of where I’d like the to be. The table rails are wide and sturdy, but the cushions fairly thin. Wish they’d taken a cm off the rail and added to the cushion. The pockets are quite forgiving, partly due to the slightly dull cushions. I was a bit surprised there are no lines, dots, or D marked. Perhaps usual in the US. I suppose they could be added manually. I noticed a small groove in the playing surface under the felt where it must have been damaged. It doesn’t seem to affect the roll much so I'll let it go, but is a bit annoying knowing its there. A one-off I guess. Too much trouble to return the table. Overall: I’m pleased with it, and have no problem recommending. For a realistic price, it does a pretty good job at imitating a ‘proper’ pool table, and there aren’t many other afforadable options at 7ft.
