Trying To Burn The Sun (feat. Ronnie James Dio)
S**.
The great Ronnie Dio.
If you like Rainbow then this is a must as you can see why this band attracted Blackmore's attention. They are all good musicians and although he kept none of them bar Dio the sound does blend into aspects of "Rising", note the violins accompanying the track "Wonderland". Ronnie was a fantastic singer who's contribution to Rock music all Metal fans would acknowledge was immense and he is missed, so great to hear him in full flow on this CD.

Outstanding pre Sabbath Ronnie James Dio. Awesome work.

Hidden gem
If you expect Rainbow, prepare for disappointment. This is a brilliant record, but only the title track will give any idea of (most) of the group's future. The remainder is a mixture of styles and performances that beguiled with the loss of label support.

Quiet songs from Dio, but traces to what to come
Too much variation, last two songs" wonderworld" and "Streetwalker" (on the B-side) was excellent.

It's nice re-release of not very well known
It's nice re-release of not very well known, but very valuable music album in history of rock and roll. Peace of history and few words about great voice of Ronnie James Dio fills in masterpiece.
