I had really high hopes for these bamboo tissues because I know bamboo items are very soft. I have some bamboo clothing as well as bedsheets and they are one of the softest things in the world. So I thought bamboo tissue would be the same. It is not scratchy but it's definitely not as soft as other well-known brands of tissues that I typically buy.That being said it does the job when you have to blow your nose. it's not super thin and it doesn't rip while you're blowing your nose so that is good. They are also quite expensive. It is nice that you get a 12 pack but it is costly.For occasional wiping or blowing your nose use it's good however if I had a cold and was blowing my nose multiple times an hour I probably would not reach for these on my red irritated nose. I would go for something a bit more softer and soothing - tissues with aloe are similar in cost and so much softer and soothing.

These are elegant. That's probably the best way to put it. The boxes are modern, simple, and clean. Just a single colour with a text-based logo on them. No fancy designs, or mess. Just pure simplicity.They are also relatively durable, and do not cause "tissue flutter" (the dust that comes off of a name-brand tissue when you pull it out of the box) which is perfect for those with a more sensitive nose.However, they're expensive. $45 for twelve boxes? That's $3.75 a box! I get that these are of a higher quality, and made out of a different material than most other tissue brands, but still.The material is also a tad rougher than most of the other brands I've used. They feel almost like the napkins you'd find at a typical restaurant or diner. Functional. But not overly soft.All in all, they're fine. Most definitely not worth the money, not unless you're super into the whole bamboo thing, and like the simplistic design of the boxes. These are most definitely a premium, ultra high-end tissue, at a high end price. If this is for you? Great. But it may not be for me, or I'd wager, for most people.However, they do specifically state that they're a premium brand. Premium brands tend to come with premium prices. So, I can't redact too much off my score just for that. Otherwise, they're functional, stylish, and accomplish all of the same tasks as your $12 brand. So I recommend Mouche, but with an asterisks.

I believe these are the first bamboo facial tissues I’ve used and I have to admit, I wouldn’t have noticed any difference between these and my usual go-to tree pulp brand. These 3-ply tissues are just as strong and sturdy, if not more so, which allows me to wipe and absorb without worrying about ripping the tissues. Admittedly, it’s been a while since I’ve had a cold so bad that it gets sore and red from wiping so much so I can’t say how soft these feel on irritated/raw noses but these do feel quite soft!While I don’t care much either way about the designs on tissue boxes, these are great for those who want minimal branding and a plain, simple color that doesn’t draw the eye. The boxes come in dark navy blue/Marine, light pink/Blush, deep yellow/Goldenrod, and plain white/Linen.Each tissue box contains 90 tissues (3-ply) which amounts to 1,080 tissues per 12-pack = ~4¢ per tissue.

We really like the simplicity to these tissue boxes. Each box has 90 3ply tissues that are a decent thickness in comparison to some other brands. They are a bit finicky to get out and had torn a few when trying to get them out for the initial use. I think the box would be better if the opening along the top of the box was longer than it currently is which may help this issue. The tissues are a good thickness and do well containing any waste blown into them, not falling apart easily. They are a decent softness so hopefully they will not add to any irritation that happens with a cold/runny nose. The simple colour design is nice - no muss, no fuss. Very simple and is able to work in any room you want. I like that they're trying to find alternative options and are using bamboo. I did anticipate that they would be a bit sifter but they are still nice. Many tissue makers use lotions and such that could cause irritation to sensitive skin but these are free from that so you don't have to worry. These are also a beige colour thanks to them being free from bleach etc.A good choice for sure.
