I didn’t like this book..I loved it!! 😆😊
I love this book! I live in London and I often feel like I need to be closer to nature to feel more grounded. I lead a busy life and wish I had more time and resources to use nature to calm me down, relax more and see the bigger picture; when I get lost in my thoughts and the hectic city life! I found this book 📖 to have a creative, playful and light hearted way to do what I think most of us need- giving ourselfs space to pause and come to the present - in nature. I’d recommend this book to anyone- as it could help so many people- new to mindfulness or not-to connect with themselves again and nature in so many cool ways.

Awesome Book!
Great book! I have a hard time reading long text books. So this creative book is just perfect for me. For a long time I’ve just felt like something has been missing in my life. I didn’t know what. But then I started working through the fun exercises in this book and it’s totally inspired me to go out and connect with nature. One of the exercises for example is about noticing different cloud shapes. I didn’t even know that there were different types of clouds. Ever since, whenever I get stressed out, I pause and look up into the sky and connect with something bigger. Love it!

Grounded wonder !
I have loved delving into this book that is like a treasure trove. I have marvelled at the unfolding creativity as I have been invited to re-discover my natural environment with fresh eyes. It re-kindles a playful sense of discovery. Sometimes my daughter would pick a random page and we then follow the instructions for a little dose of mindfulness in nature. We are currently trying out the one where we have one plant that is left to grow and another plant with whom we chat and play music to. Let' see what happens ! So cool.

how to go offline
This book provides an inspiration guide on how to go off line and enjoy nature in a more mindful and meaningful way. It is an invite to slow down and engage with our senses to connect with the present moment and experience what is around us. It is beautifully illustrated and easy to read. Ideal not only for those practising and teaching mindfulness, but also for all those seeking to slow down and energise their daily lives. This book is really for everyone. Highly recommended.

with beautiful and fun illustrations
This little book marries the practice of mindfulness with being in nature. It is a practical step-by-step guide, with beautiful and fun illustrations. My ten year old niece grabbed it as soon as she saw it and we headed off to the local nature reserve. A book that will support a life enhancing connection with nature for both young and old.

Inspiring and engaging!
Bought this book after reading about it in the Guardian, and would thoroughly recommend if you're interested in mindfulness and/or nature. After reading so much about the healing and restorative effects of both, it makes so much sense to combine them. Felt very inspired to connect with nature thanks to all the great ideas and activities suggested within! Happy customer.

Useful, particularly for those who have little time for meditation
This book presents techniques to be mindful in creative ways, without formal and sometimes impractical meditation practices. Through several exercises that people would enjoy regardless of ages, the reader will get deeply involved, beyond being a passive 'reader'. Each exercise is to practice, that will promote mindfulness immediately which can endure for a long period.I have brought and read this book in 2018, as part of an academic requirement (book review) for my doctoral research in psychology. The book is written not from a scientific perspective, and unlike many academic books of mindfulness, it is not mentioning the mechanisms behind mindfulness and the reasons why. Though from a personal point of view, I found the book very useful for people who are 'chasing time' and has little time for themselves.
