I originally purchased the Yellow Brand thermal printer but found it was very touch and go with reliability issues. Not this printer, this one is rock solid, plug and play, and works across virtually every device I own. The print quality is excellent and printing is consistent. The build quality is also great, and this thing could easily be taken with you on the go as long as you have a power source. Highly recommend this printer if you're looking for a solution that "just works" - that's what I was looking for and this product delivered.

Works flawlessly. Took me a second to figure out how to use the app, but its as simple as turning the printer on, connecting in the app, selecting a PDF and label size, and hitting print. I'm very pleased.

10/10 recommend! So far about 10 shipping labels since I've received this BT thermal printer an not one messed up! Even printed a Valentines images for the boxs I sent in the mail an came out as expected! So Easy to use from my phone and or laptop! Doesn't take up much space so perfect size to fit on my desk! Thinking of buy?! Do it! So Worth it!!

It’s better and more efficient than printing labels on a normal printer but has flaws and a few issues. It works good but I didn’t see any reviews talking about those flaws so I’ll mention them here: 1. Sometimes when printing it gets misaligned and prints off the label, that creates issues with the scan so you have to double check if the label has the full barcode. 2. Make sure you order the right type of label. If you don’t the labels won’t print and you will be stuck wondering why it isn’t printing thinking it’s the machine but it’s actually the type of labels you bought. Although it has these flaws, I’ve come to realize most of these label printers have these issues. Make sure you buy something that rolls the label roll so that labels don’t get stuck and the correct labels then you will be fine.

Works as intended. Not complicated to get running. Bluetooth has had no issues. Overall great value.

Love this little printer. Great for printing vinted labels/packing labels. You can print directly from phone. You just download the app & use Bluetooth. It's very handy.

The instructions were simple and straightforward. I plugged this in and connected through the phone app with no difficulty. USB connection works great too. Only had trouble getting Bluetooth through the PC, I probably need to download an app to get that to work or something, I'll have to look into it. One issue with the app is you have to download the pdf or image file and open through the app to print. It's too bad it doesn't print through the ebay or other seller apps. After a few weeks using this, there hasn't been any big issues.
