Good quality, appealing design.
I got these weights to use when I broke my last set. These are much better quality than the last set I had, and I expect to use them for a long time. I only do light lifting with the set I keep at home. Just enough to keep me busy when I have a few spare moments. They won't get ridiculous use, so I expect them to last, as they are built tough. They are rubberized, so they don't make a bunch of noise. This is a plus, as I have had complaints with my last set due to the clanking sound as I did repetitions. These are silent. No noise at all.I like the octagon shape of the weights. It's not obvious or angular, just usable flat spots that keep the weights from rolling when you set them down. After using these weights for a couple days, I really appreciate this aspect. They stay where I put them.If there was one drawback, it's that I did not get full set of locking nuts. I was missing two of the smaller nuts and I didn't think it would be an issue at first. However, when I tried to adjust the weights on the bar, I realized I didn't have enough nuts. My only choice was to tighten the weight snugly up to the handle, making the grip small for my large hands. when I am using the dumbbells. The dumbbells are my primary use for the set, so it's slightly disappointing. The literature that comes with it promises four buts, but I only found two in the box. The bag they were in was tied shut, so they must have changed the number included without changing the literature. This is disappointing. I must constantly assemble and disassemble the weights as I change exercises. Four nuts was a better choice. There are six total, so as long as you don't mind assembling and disassembling the weights, you can do anything you need to and get that workout in.Still, I feel like I must take a star, as they clearly promised 8 nuts in the literature.Edit: changed my mind. I figured out a way to use them with no issue.

A smart way to wade into free weights
This 1-inch (non-Olympic) set is an inexpensive way to augment your home gym with a good variety of strength-building equipment, or to make the leap from resistance bands to free weights. You can deploy 12 plates of three different weights as a pair of dumbbells, a barbell, and/or a couple of kettlebells--though TBH it's not much of a kettlebell, difficult to get even one hand between the handles and the plates, and nearly impossible for two. So if you really want a kettlebell, I'd probably go find a legit kettlebell. But if what you want is a flexible set of free weights--and you're not quite ready to lift a 75-pound barbell--this is a good starter kit. (You can use the kettlebell handles to juice your pushups.)Assembly was easy, and the collars seem secure. The plastic weight plates are filled with sand and cement, and don't clank when you drop them on the floor. Keep in mind they're 1-inch plates, so not interchangeable with Olympic-size equipment. But if you're just wading into free weights, the versatility of this set makes for a versatile, self-contained, adjustable collection of home-gym hardware.

Home Gym
New to this home gym workout equipment before did walking, biking but weights first time, while searching found this product thought to give a try, I am impressed, whatever you need especially for beginners right product to start with. No need of big spaces, small place enough to start with this and also easy to switch the weights around to do different exercises. I definitely say if you would like to start first time go like this products first and then spend big amounts.

Damaged
Package wasn’t damaged but the weights came out already damaged and looks to have already been used prior. Sucks cause I really liked the color and had high hopes cause of the reviews.
