Love the taste of this roasted chicory drink. Delicious drunk just as it is, or any way you fancy, with a drop of honey or sweetener, milk, almond or coconut milk, etc. I sometimes add a drop of vanilla or salted caramel, or cinnamon flavour for variety. As with coffee, you can use your imagination and ring the changes to suit yourself. Jar suggests using 2 tsps but my personal preference is one rounded tsp. I've made a delicious variant on coconut milk chai latte with it, too, for a change. Health benefits are well documented, too, as it contains inulin for supporting gut healing.
