This stuff rocks! I use it for chicken, pork chops, fish, you name it. Put some honey mustard or other sauce on the meat before sprinkling the panko on it. The panko absorbs the flavors of the sauce to make an amazing crust. Crispy and delicious.

Excellent Product
I use the crumbs not only for coating, but for making meatloaf and meatballs, as well as a crunchy topping for casseroles. I'm so glad I discovered this brand...the BEST I've found.

Great gluten free bread crumbs
By far my favorite gluten free bread crumbs. I use them most regularly to make crab cakes and they are perfect for that. I find the texture is better than other brands.
