Really good product and looks really nice. I use this daily for work. With the lid on easily keeps my coffee to hot to drink for multiple hours. Even leaving the lid off allows it to cool to drinking temperature but still keeps it nice and warm. I haven't personally tried it with cold/ice drinks but I'm sure it would work just as well at keeping your drinks cold. Does not taint the taste/flavour of your drink like some other products I've tried in the past. Little tricky to clean as it's quiet tall and narrow so you can't get your hand all the way to the bottom but sponge on the end of wooden spoon does the job fine. Been using this product for a couple of months now and I've had no discolouration or staining. Very happy with this purchase.

Absolutely love the design of this flask. Wanted to purchase another one but unfortunately it’s out of stock at the moment. So far I’ve used it on all my daily walks in parks. It does keen warm, but I’ve noticed it doesn’t keep as warm as I would like it too. I’d say mine keeps warm for about 4 hours. Whether this is because I’m constantly opening and closing it to take tips in 2•c weather I’m not sure. None the least, I do recommend it. I’ve had so many people compliment it as it has that one of kind appearance to it 🥰

Impossible to clean without a special brush. The bamboo on the cup’s “neck” close to the lid starts to rot within a month, just from hand washing in cold water.On the plus side, it’s great to feel in your hand! Keeps the warmth long.

So far tried for hot and cold drinks for work. My coffee stayed hot and tasted great even after 2.5 hours and my freshly squeezed green juice tasted as when just prepared (normally tastes a bit off even within half an hour or so if not drunk straight away) even after about 90 minutes. I have not tried to keep hot or cold drinks in there for more than 2.5 hours but have every belief it keeps to the promise of the long times. Will need to get one for each of my hot and cold drink.The added tea strainer is so cool. And it looks gorgeous!!!!

This product does not keep water at a high enough temperature to infuse tea. The inner lid came apart after two uses. The first use the water went tepid within hours, so I gave it a second try the next day in case I hadn’t put the lid on properly.. at the end of the second day, with the water again going tepid within 2 hours, the inner lid came away In my hand.. I am returning.. looks good but mine was a dud item I’m afraid.

Despite many reviews saying this didn't keep hot for long, I hoped that mine would be a positive experience given the positive reviews. However the first time I used it I made tea at 7am, and by 10am the tea was only warm. I drank it in one sitting and by the time I was half way through my tea it was cold. The second time I decided to fill it with hot water at 7am, and brew tea in it at 10am and drink after 5 minutes of brewing with the lid on, however it was only barely warm when I poured the tea out into a mug and after a few minutes my tea was cold. Also, after filling it with hot liquid, the bottle itself on the outside was extremely hot. This is simply not good enough for the purpose it is supposed to be used for.I have given it two stars instead of one because it does look lovely and I suppose that if you wanted a pretty water bottle for cold drinks and fruit or cold herb water infusions then you may like this, but I can't recommend it for hot liquids. I am about to contact the seller now to ask for a refund and inform them that my flask does not work. I will update this review if anything further comes from that

So I thought I’d give it a while before I wrote this review (7 months).Appearance: the bottle looks great and the bamboo really makes it stand out from the others.Insulation: right so here it goes, when I first brought this I expected liquid to stay warm for a couple of hours (4-5) so when I made myself a warm brew and poured it into the bottle you could imagine my face when it was stone dead cold. So I thought that might just be me and liquid in these things aren’t supposed to stay warm for that long. Fast forward a couple of months and I’ve realised the trick is to boil water and place it in the bottle for about 5 minutes and then pour your brew in. At least that’s what I thought until today where my trick to really make this work failed.I’m not sure whether my standards are to high but I have tried to make it work but I’ve run out of ideas so 7 months I’m looking for something new now.Build: everything is fine and is quite sturdy. The inside of the lid occasionally falls off but you can just push it back into place.I would highly recommend this bottle if you’re wanting to use it for just water or will drink anything warm within the hour.

I just purchased this bottle because I wanted one of double stainless steel. It keeps your beverage hot for a long time. I've always used stainless mugs and straws. I liked this one because of the style. I was happy to see that I can use it to "brew" tea when I'm out. All I have to do is put a tea bag in the strainer and then run hot water over the bag. Usually, I fill it with tea made at home because I use filtered water. I drive a lot and wanted something that would not spill. This is great because the lid has a tight seal. I use it with a stainless steel straw.
