Does the job well!!
Waterboy hydration packets do what it needs to do! I immediately feel it in my body once I start drinking one. The electrolytes make a difference. The flavors not terrible in my opinion. Not too strong or sweet for me, dissolves well. I definitely recommend if you're lacking electrolytes.

Yummy flavors
These are so much better than Liquid IV or LMNT in my opinion. I only drink a half packet in 16 oz in most cases but I have used the entire packet before. It’s not salty like LMNT and it’s just a better flavor than Liquid IVs. They work well and I feel hydrated after. I’ve purchased these to drink during pregnancy and postpartum.

Not really crazy about the flavor. It’s not bad, but water is just as good. Couldn’t tell if it works either.

I think the product worked pretty good. Taste is ok but a little salty, but you get used to it. Does provide a nice boost of energy and picks up your day.
