Another classic example of why it’s best to buy genuine. The last picture is of the original genuine Phillips filter with activated charcoal filter. The replacement is made to a lesser standard having a poor seal top and bottom and the filter material loosely packed unlike the Phillips one. It’s also not got the advertised activated charcoal filter as per the box and so is not actually a replacement for the genuine filter. Fit is a bit sloppy and since fitting to the machine the pm2.5 indicator has read 500 (its highest number and never seen before) and not moved from that so I’m guessing it’s not sealing properly and filtering out the pollution given it’s never done that before and nothing changed environment wise between taking the old one out and putting this in its most likely the filter and so will have to stump up for the genuine item

The filter fits perfectly in my air purifier. This filter does an excellent job of maintaining clean and fresh air in my home. The build quality is comparable to the original Philips filter. It feels sturdy and well-made, and it has been working without any issues. This is great value for money.

This TOMORAL FY0194/30 is a H13 True HEPA replacement filter which is compatible with Philips 800 Series air purifiers, but much cheaper to buy. It claims to work as well as the original Philips filter and offers multi-stage filtration. From what I can see it is just as good as a Phillips one and it is certainly working just as well. As I need to replace the filter every 6-8 months, this is a far more cost effective choice for me.

I got this for my Philips 800i series. It's a lot cheaper than originals and so far it seems to work just as well. However it is early days and my last Philips filter lasted about a year. So will have to see if this can compete with that. Assuming it does I would be happy to buy more.

The media could not be loaded.  The 800 series through me off as I thought that was my model. At the bottom of the filter there should be a code, the same code works inside that philips air purifier. This one is only compatible with Philips Air Purifier AC0820/30 AC0820/10 AC0830/10 AC0819/10 800 Series, Replace Part FY0194/30 Since mine is FY0611 It won't fit, it is the philips 600 series. Not like I had time to check the description when ordering.It's a good quality filter though upon inspection it's clean and brand new, and looks exactly like my 600 series filter only bit bigger. Match the part number first before buying if it's FY0194/30 it should fit. What would be nice is to see all filters be universally compatible.P.SHere's a little trick I use to renew your old filter, have two filters or not doesn't matter, when one is dirty, replace in a new one, with the dirty one, vacuum the used one externally everywhere, then wipe it down with non abraisive none scented cleaner (gently), and then leave it to dry away from the sunlight, it can extend the lifespan this way, and there's no need to go crazy with buying replacements all the time after 3-6 months to 1 year of use.
