It is so good!

I've had my Oura ring for almost two months and I'm very happy with it! The battery life lasts for ages and when it does get low I just charge it while I'm showering and it's back to full power. The sizing kit was really beneficial and helped me decide what size fit best for me. The price of the kit also came off the price of the Oura ring when I decided to go for it (on Amazon) and it felt like a mini discount! **girl maths** The app is brilliant and I check it every day, I think the subscription is well worth it for the information it gives you and it has made me more active and concious of making healthy decisions for my diet, exercise and sleep schedule. I recommend checking out the subreddit for Oura as well as the discussions on there are fascinating and Oura also keeps an eye on it and will fix bugs, give suggestions and understand how people are using Oura. So excited to see the insights in the future when it learns more about me!

I’ve been wearing this ring since a few days ago and this has impressed me more than I expected. Not only is it comfortable to wear all day/night, but the Oura Ring app is the real star of the show! The app is simple, intuitive and informative. It can track your heart rate, stress levels, blood oxygen levels and your quality of sleep to name just a few. Even though the app requires a subscription to get all the benefits, it’s well worth it if you’re serious about looking after your own health. The important thing to remember is the Oura Ring is only a health tracker and not a fitness tracker. But it really compliments any of your devices that can track your fitness as well! Just be sure to measure your ring size before buying one as I had to for myself. I have no regrets and can easily recommend this to anyone!

Good interface of the App, ring looks and fits fine. Visibility and indicators set are fine for me. The only issue is that the battery gets low pretty fast. Have to recharge once in 3-4 days. The price looks too high though. However, in general I am satisfied with it

i cant live without it, great especially as a woman for tracking cycles and even when you're getting sick. good value for money but annoying you need the subscription

I am sorry to say the ring is very bad at tracking anything ! I am a very bad sleeper and was hoping to collect data to get an appointment for sleep clinic. I wake up (of which I remember) about 3-4 times at night. Move about trying to get back to sleep. Wake up exhausted in the morning and ring data tells me 93% optimum sleep rating. Then yesterday I spend all day being a marshall at the event (Google fit app on my phone registered 9000 steps and phone was not with me all the time) however ring registered 8 hrs of no activity and 350 calories burned throughout the day. I then had a very stressful evening (I was anxious and actually had an argument and struggled to fall asleep) but ring didn't register any of that... My falling asleep data showed I was out in 11 mins.. where in reality I was not asleep for nearly 2 hrs. And then last straw was today. I had another horrible night in my books however ring noticed 92% of good sleep. Whilst on leasurely walk with a friend in the park out of nowhere ring register high level of stress which apparently lasted 2 hrs and only went back to normal after I sat down for evening meal. Basically I don't know what this ring does ... Just collects data from some cloud. Annoying thing I constantly have to accept activity. Walk or badminton game doesn't get added up unless I specifically went into an app and accepted it. So by the end of the day if I didn't check the app at all it doesn't register my steps at all. Great quality, connects well to my iPhone and easy to use. Recommend buying a size guide first to make sure buying the correct size. Works well for understanding my body and tracking my cycles.

Nie polecam. Sam pierścionek ok, ale nie jest dokładny. Przy samym zmywaniu naczyń dodatkowo potrafi doliczyć 3-4 tysiące kroków. Pomiar snu również na słabszym poziomie niż w Apple Watch. Zwróciłem po paru dniach używania, bo nie miał sensu.

Comento, que éste anillo Oura ring 3 es una maravilla. Está vinculado vía bluethoot a mí iPhone, con su app Oura. Llevo unas semana usándolo casi las 24 hrs que dura el día, solo lo cambio de dedo porque a veces es incómodo por el tiempo que lleva en un mismo dedo…. Sus métricas son más exactas que el Apple Watch Ultra 2. Estoy feliz de tener un anillo Oura ring, que me diga características de mí persona que desconocía. Es lo que me hubiera gustado encontrar en una reseña para decidirme a comprarlo. Espero que les ayude.
