Canning Tools (Kit with Jar Wrench)

Used these items multiple times. Sponge jar brush pulled off handle after a couple uses. Everything else has worked well many times over.

I was amazed at all the stuff I got for the price. I would definitely buy it again.

I use these pieces for canning. I did not figure out the purpose of the purpose of the points on the end of the air bubble tool. I didn't realize it until later on! But other than that the entire kid was very useful in my canning process. It was easy to grab the jars out of the hot water and place them back in with the tongues. It does take a bit of strength to grip it but the are very useful. Don't do canning without them! And my jars were extremely heavy, I made pear sauce with about 10 lb of pears that I got from my uncle. This help to get the air bubbles out of them they did pop and suction the leads in as expected. So I believe these tools just helped the process to go much faster and much smoother.

I gave it a 4 overall because the magnetic tool for lifting the lids is also the tool used to get out the air bubbles and get your head space. I would have forgone the jar tightener and jar brush for the ball tool that measures head space and clears the air bubbles because it works so much better and has practicality in what I am doing. The lid wand is great but I don't want to have to flip it and dip it in a jar and then wipe it off to grab another lid. I actually ordered the ball head measuring tool by itself and got it last week.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet as I will be canning when I go up to Wisconsin. It has all the necessities that I can remember my mom using when I was a kid.

Very pleased with this purchase. I usually use Ball products; but lurked this one because of the bottle brush. The products are of the same quality I find with ball. I love the magnet to pick up my lids out of the water instead of trying to grasp it with my tongs. Only change for me would be the funnel. I prefer my metal one or my ball adjustable one over this simple plastic one. Other than that, very pleased!

Great seller arrived on time and exactly as pictured.It is a little bit flimsy and would be great to include the bubble remover with the gauge for headspace but overall Im happy with the purchase

This is an almost perfect set of tools. I got it as a gift for a friend who makes jams and pickles all the time and she loved them. Especially the tool that helps open the jar lids.

So far I've only used the funnel, lid lifter/bubble remover, and the jar lifter. They all work as expected and are easy to clean. I contacted Victorio and they don't recommend putting them in the dishwasher. To clean them they recommend hand washing and sanitizing with bleach.The magnet on the lid lifter is a bit powerful and can sometimes pick up two lids at once. When using the jar lifter hold on extra hard for 1L jars as they are just a little to big.
