Hyning Stainless Steel Byzantine Chain Men's Silver Black Cross Pendant Necklace 20-34"

This necklace is gorgeous but it breaks almost upon receipt. The clasp holding the cross to the necklace has a gap and it widens until the cross falls off. When the cross falls the black part of the cross falls off the silver backing. Need to improve the clasp and find a better way to secure the pieces together.
