This is an okay emergency survival kit. There are higher quality options out there, but for the price point, this will provide some relief in a pinch. I’d rather have this with me than nothing at all if facing a crisis.

Great kit for the price, and the backpack is much higher quality than most
This is my third emergency kit backpack order over the last 5 years. I buy my emergency equipment when I can afford, and when I find something that is a little different than I already have.This one has some pluses over the other two I have that I'd like to share. The biggest one is that the backpack itself is a high quality and comfortable backpack. Many of them in the emergency Market are pretty cheaply made, with zippers that I wouldn't expect to hold up under hard use. Which is fine. I guess in an emergency. This one has extremely nice zippers, and several pouches including the main pouch that has as a flap to keep the zipper waterproof in the rain. That's a really great touch!As to what's included in the kit, I actually like that it's not super full or super heavy. It would be very easy for a large child or teenager to carry this as is, or add in a change of clothes and one toy and be good to go.This kit comes with what you need and not much else. 72 hours of water and food bricks that probably won't taste good, and a handful of emergency supplies if your injured. It is however a great starting point to personalize kits for your specific part of the country, and your specific likely emergency. There's a big difference between packing for an earthquake, verse a tree landing on your house, versus a hurricane.This is my favorite one so far, and the best quality backpack for your prepping needs.
