Read details carefully on item before ordering
Given as present. Didn't properly work. The back of the tablet said Verizon wireless. To be fair. I don't recall the description saying it's second hand or refurbished.

Device is carrier locked🤦♀️
I wasn't aware the device was carrier locked through Verizon and it's been a task trying to get it unlocked. Verizon sends me to Amazon and Amazon sends me to the 3rd party the device was purchased through and now I'm waiting for them for respond in the next 24-48 hrs to see where I go from there. The tablet itself is is great but being able to actually use it with data hasnt proved to be any fun

doordash proprietary device that says it's owned by doordash and I can't do anything on it...
This is a proprietary device that forces itself to try to connect to doordash and limits everything so I can't even use the device.No choice but to return it.
