So you’re a barista? Perfect. This carton of Barista Edition Oatmilk is made from liquid oats which means it isn’t overly sweet or excessively heavy. What it is, is fully foamable putting you in total control over the density and performance of your foam so you can showcase your latte art skillz, sorry we mean skills. Anyway, give it a try and see what you think. So you’re not a barista? Also perfect. Just heat this Barista Edition Oatmilk in a container while giving it a whirl until it foams up nicely and then pour yourself a latte without cow’s milk. And if you don’t feel like a latte you might be happy to know that this product tastes just as amazing if you skip all the foaming and pour it right into your coffee or drink it straight out of the container or pour it on your granola or put it to work with your cooking skills. But let’s keep that between us non-baristas, okay?

Delicious, but pricey
We've been drinking almond milk or an almond/cashew milk blend for a few years now, but when I heard about oat milk, we decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised - it's quite tasty, has a great texture and mouthfeel, and works as a great substitute for baking, as well. I hope that over time, as more companies start producing oat milk, the price will come down a bit, as this is about 2x as expensive as almond/cashew milk at the grocery store, but I appreciate that oat milk is MUCH better for the environment, using much less water in its production.[EDIT, one month later 2/22/2019]What the heck is happening with price on this? We bought last month at $89/case which was expensive, but (barely) acceptable). Now it's jumped up to over $200/case? I don't love it that much.

Critical component of perfect coffee!
Yes, this is pricey in units of one. A 12 pack is less expensive. Speaking of which, my master carton arrived super well packaged, with not a dent, blemish, or other discernable damage from packing and shipping. The local stores either do not carry Oatley at all or if they do have the Barista blend, it is only available by chance. If I do not make as close to a perfect cup of coffee in the morning, I get cranky. To keep that from occurring, I decided to buy a 12pack of the 32-ounce Barista version.COVID isolation continues to do strange things to people.Case in point, during a Zoom call, one of my brothers was overcome by a fit of what can only be described as a fit of coffee foam envy.To make matters right in the world, I sent him a single container as a peace offering,

Rotten
Normally we love this barista blend! However SEVERAL of these containers were rancid, sour, spoiled and unusable! We had to dump out the entire contents of two or three of these containers. The date said March 2021. They even “curdled.” So bummed because this stuff is pricey!

Oatley is the best FedEX is the worst
I've always been allergic to cow milk so have tried all substitutes. Oat milk is my current fav and this is the best tasting oat milk so far. I usually get my order through Prime but decided to give Barista a try, they do their own shipping. Never again! I've been running all over the neighborhood looking for the order that was marked Delivered two days ago. Finally, a guy from another street brought it over this afternoon. Barista uses the dread FedEX! Those guys screw up at least half the time, never would have ordered from Barista if I knew they use FedEX. Next time, back to Prime shipping with UPS and USPS.

Soooo Delicious!
I'm an avid cappuccino drinker with an in-home espresso machine (my wife and I drink several cups a day). I like Oatly more than any other creaming product (milk, soy, almond, etc). This stuff is so delicious, but can be costly over time; especially if you drink coffee as much as we do.Using the Barista Blend makes a huge difference when using a steam wand for frothing. The Barista Blend foams a lot better than regular milk, and even better than the regular Oatly. The price does limit our overall consumption of it, but I will say that without a doubt, out of every creaming product I've ever tried, this one is the best.

Good for your body
I love this milk. I found out about it at Starbucks when they released their recent oat milk espresso drink with brown sugar and it’s shaken. I can’t do all that sugar but I can do oat milk and at home with my espresso machine! Yummo. It doesn’t get such a lift in foam as cream would but it does well enough. Better than skim or fat free or almond or coconut. No luck with them. I have to have foam. Get the oatly barista blend. 360mg calcium. 3g protein 186g Potassium. 100mg sodium —Higher marks than organic almond milk !!

Huge fan of Oatly products and the company
This one is the creamiest of all -- makes it easy to replace dairy in tea and cereal. In fact, almost tastes better than dairy. Plus the brand's marketing and packaging is so fun. And their CS is great in case you run into any issues. Also, Oatly product does not have glysophate in its oats. It's very important to get organic when it comes to oat milk, or at least Glysophate free (Oatly). Chobani organic oat milk is a close second!! (sorry Oatly, but since you are so popular, your product is sometimes hard to find, so one must keep looking if the shelves are empty).

Oatly is my new favorite milk
i don't see the Oatly brand consistently in the stores near me, so i took a chance on getting a case. i have tried every alternative milk on the market, for my coffee. Some are too bland, some just curdle when they hit the coffee. Not Oatly. so thankful to find a good tasting "creamy" milk that works with coffee.
