I am blown away by this mat and accessories. The mat is well made and sticks to the countertop or table for rolling pie crusts, cookies and preparing sourdough and bread dough. The bread bag is well made and heavy duty. All other accessories are of the same top quality. The price is perfect and the item compares well to higher priced items.I haven't used it yet, and will give an update soon. I was concerned because the item arrived in a 9x6x5 inch box, however, after unpacking, the item laid flat and grips the countertop like a pro. I am impressed by the quality, price and number of items included. They even threw in a bonus of 5 speciality silicone cupcake liners.

These are well done. Just good basic silicone mats that hold up well under "sourdough temperatures." It has reduced my parchment paper consumption and kept my counters cleaner. Also - if you do anything that requires dough measurements, the rectangular mat is wonderful. I no longer need to use a dirty "arts-and-crafts" ruler and I have it for pie crusts as well - All in all, good purchase.

If you bake breads and other baked goods this is a must have. Works wonderfully. Had a thin silicone one but whey I cut my dough in half it cut the silicone. This one is fiber reinforced and very sturdy. Like the bread cradles too. Wasn't sure about them a first but they work better than parchment paper when baking my bread.

As an avid bread baker, I can see I’m going to get a lot of use for these bread slings. I used the mat to shape biscuits this morning. It was much larger than expected and of excellent quality. Cleaning up was a breeze. I haven’t tried the bread slings yet but can say they are of equal quality as the mat and were also larger than expected. I thought they wouldprobably be too small. Overall, for the price, I couldn’t be happier. I’ll update this review after I’ve tried the slings.

Quality silicone, useful tools. Baked the silicone at 445F with no issues, and bread slid right out. Love the bread mat for working and shaping dough. Great product.

The round bread sling worked well. However, I had to not position the long handles near the handles of my Dutch oven. It was difficult to close lid without the straps falling into the pot. I preheat my Dutch ovens so they are hot. The oval sling was too long. I cut the edges off to match the round one. The large silicon mat is nice because I am assured a clean working surface. Overall parchment paper works well but this product is more sustainable and the round markings on the sleeve help guide a round loaf. The blade is versatile to wrap and store everything later and to wipe the counters of flour for an easy clean up.

No slip, easy to clean and size is perfect for making sourdough bread. Highly recommend

Perfect all around kit!!!!! Everything is super excellent quality and well packaged and time will tell but seems like it will last a long time!!!!!
